Will NEVER order Insomnia cookies again, waited over 2 hours, an hour after i received a call they didn't have one of my cookies i decided to call to check on the order...insomnia had no record of the order.......you cant even call the store directly only their customer service line...How absurd!

I don't know what has happened to this place over the last few months. This summer when I first discovered insomnia, I would order all the time. Withing 20 minutes I'd have warm, delicious cookies at my door. Now, their menu barely has anything on it. Place an order after 8pm and half the menu is no longer available. Be prepared to wait over an hour for ice cold, rock hard cookies. So disappointed!! Survived college by ordering Insomnia at all hours but now I would rather pass...

The cookies are amazing and the delivery time was 60-75 min, got it exactly an hour after I ordered. My only problem with it was that they shove them into a pizza box and they came all smushed together.

Wow, these are some awesome cookies. They did take a while to get here but in fairness, delivery happened within the 60-75 minute allotted window. And they were totally worth the wait... Rich, delicious and super moist. The brownie was also top notch. I foresee a lot of cookie deliveries in the future. :)

For some reason it takes 2 hrs to deliver cookies despite a 30-45 min estimate. When you call to check on your order you get an 800 number that has no information on the actual store. When my food finally arrived it looked like it was just thrown into a box. Next time Ill go to the grocery store and bake my own cookies in much less time.

I feel dissapointed because how the hell I couldn't know this place before. Shame on the times I've missed. I literally loved this place. It's 2am in the morning and I just had my delicious munchies delivered by a very friendly and hospital young man. Thank you Insomnia Cookies!
