The fact that they deliver delicious cookies is amazing on its own. Delivery usually takes half the time as quoted. (And I do not live particularly close either). It seems like people that take the time to rate are those that have problems. Five stars!

The cookies were great but i literally had to argue with the delivery guy for 5 or 6 minutes before he would buzz up because he didnt want to come up stairs. and theres an elevator. this lazy jerk asked me four times to please cancel my order. So annoying.

Whoa! We ordered at 9:42 and received the cookies at 9:57. We were expecting a bit more of a wait given the reviews, but we are pleasantly surprised. The cookies are warm and delicious!

Took like three hours to arrive. The cookies were delicious, but I wanted them 2.5 hours ago. I had 3 hours to feel guilty for ordering them, making them wayyy less enjoyable.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered 3 cookies at 9:45pm...it is now 1:40am and still no cookies. At this point, I don't even want them,I just want to go to sleep. Sooo not worth it...next time I'll just make cookies myself!

just ordered from them.... it was over an hour and a half wait... till finally I called, and they responded with "Oh yeah, we're backed up. Want us to cancel the order?" Not cool. their whole schtick is be INSOMNIA COOKIES... as in late at night... you're backed up? How about you're jacked up...

Expected delivery was 30-45 min. The cookies came 1 hr 3o min later...and cold. Won't get delivery again from here.

The cookies are actually pretty good and always warm and chewy. HOWEVER, the place is run by a snot-nosed, pimple faced, permanently stoned troop of retards. And for that reason I will never order from them again. Not only is their advertised delivery time completely wrong (add at least two to three hours), but they'll choose to cancel your order without informing you.. then FAIL to give you a refund.

The cookies are delicious however, the past two times we have ordered it has taken them well over their already inflated estimated delivery time. Last time we ordered it took them 2 1/2 hours to deliver the cookies. The delivery guy was definitely on something when he finally showed up. When we called after almost 2 hours they said they had no idea where there delivery guy was. I'm pretty sure he was out on a pickup rather than a delivery while we waited for the cookies.

Like many other reviewers, thought I'd give them a chance but it's 2 hours since I placed my order and still have yet to receive anything. Called at an hour since ordering (estimated was 45-60) and was told they were going out with the next delivery when the delivery guy arrived back. Lady was very polite and apologetic - sounds like they need a new delivery man/woman. Either reduce the delivery area (I'm 13 blocks and 1 ave over) or get someone quicker. I'm TIRED. I want to go to bed! Not wait for 4 cookies to arrive 2 hours later.
