International Food House

Terrible. The food might actually be decent, but if you're getting it delivered you're going to have to WAIT. Don't ignore the reviews below mine that say there is an hour and a half wait time and think those are just outliers. Nope, mine took 2 hours almost exactly. At an hour and 15 minutes I called to ask where my food was and the lady told me 5 minutes. When I called back before 2 hours they repeatedly put me on hold and then hung up on me, or just kept me on hold. Seamless needs to remove this restaurant. The only reason you'd eat here and I'd REALLY advise against it, is if you really have to have cheap food and don't think you'll be hungry for the next 2 hours.

The food is mediocre at best also the delivery took over an hour and a half and my order was wrong. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again.

The food itself is great but they take WAY too long to deliver, says 30-45 but I got it an hour and a half later! This has happened twice already, I had to call both times too! I'ld recommend you go for sit down or take out but not delivery!

After the food took over an hour to arrive, this was the single worst delivery food I have had in the entire time I've lived in New York. Just foul - inedible. The chicken was dry and tasteless (seemed like it had been over-cooked a few days ago, not even today!); some hideous kind of potato salad made me gag; they messed up and sent me (dry, disgusting) green plantains instead of sweet ones; the rice was not properly cooked and it was totally greasy. It was really unbelievable - I truly am shocked at how bad this food was and I feel totally sick after eating just enough to get me over my hunger. Yuck!!!!

The food is decent. Unfortunately it takes them at least 2 hours to deliver. You have to call them, sometimes several times. Each time they tell you that "the guy already left". Its really too bad.

Mofongos (vegetable or pernil) coupled with an OJ-Carrot Milk or OJ-Milk is my go-to, and it's always pretty delicious! I guess the delivery can take some time, even though I'm barely a block away, but I don't mind too much, since I'm the one being lazy and not going downstairs, hahaha.

It took them about an hour (from a few blocks away) to bring me a beef cheeseburger when I ordered a plain veggie burger (I've been a vegetarian for 15 years...), the quesadilla was overly greasy and sloppy and small for something costing $9, and the plantains were cold, the guacamole was boring. It was a massive disappointment and rip-off.

I Had to wait one HOUR for 2 burgers and 2 orders of tres leche cake and i live literally across the street. The burger patty AND the cheese were some how burnt when I asked for my meat to be MEDIUM. I was BLACK so much so that I had to take a picture to remind myself never to order here again. To top it all off one of my mediocre cakes was set sideways in the bag and "milk" substance spilled all over the place. Horrible. Disappointed, disgusted, and angry do not fully describe my range of emotions towards this restaurant. Buyer beware...

Cuban sandwich was incredible. The portion size was huge. The meat and bread were super fresh. And the cheese was melted to perfection. They did forget to add the pickle though. The side of tostones was really great.
