Delivery is extremely slow. Food is really not that good. I've been in Peru many times and also countless Peruvian restaurants in NYC and Westchester county. For these prices, it should be much more food and quality. Got the crab causa... smallest appetizer I've seen in my life! And the pure was really bad, way too (and cannot emphasize more: TOO) grainy, not how it is supposed to be. Not getting food from here again!

The food we ordered was not delivered. I called several times to ask for the status but the restaurant could not explain what happened considering that delivery time was supposed to be just 15-30 minutes. An hour after I placed the order, I was told that it had already been delivered an hour ago which is impossible, and these people I was speaking with just hung up after that. I tried calling again, they answered and hung up thrice. It's very disrespectful and unprofessional! I mean, misplacing an order is fine. It's all about how you treat your customers and deal with the situation that matter.

Go to Peruvian restaurant. Their chicken is great, and the authentic ceviche is super tasty. Not much ambiance but pre liquor license it's byob so for a cheap fun night it's even a good place to visit. Delivery staff is fast and friendly.

Delivery was extremely slow. We live one block away from the place and it took them more than an hour to deliver! I called them a couple of times in the mean time, and every time they told me it was on the way. I will NEVER order from this place again.

Ceviche and Tostones were amaaaazing. Delivery was prompt too. Will definitely order again when I have a ceviche craving. My new goto spot.

Meat was completely overcooked and I was not able to even chew it. Fries were soggy and cold. Nothing was seasoned. Plus, the delivery guy didn't read the note I put that had the intercom code. He called my phone once, didn't leave a message. I called back immediately and he didn't answer. So he decided to just go back to the restaurant. I called to find out where my order was. They called, he didn't answer them. Finally they got ahold of him and he came back. So instead of my order being here within 45 minutes, it took almost and hour and a half and no one offered any kind of apology or customer service. I will never order from here again.

I ordered the appetizer ceviche and epanadas. Both were really good and for the price, it was more than enough food. Fast delivery too.

HORRIBLE. My single worse experience on Seamless. It took over an hour and a half for my order to get here (in reality ~3 hours, but I missed the original phone call, but it still took over an hour and a half after I called back to reorder). After a 20 minutes phone call with them where they promised the deliveryman will be there in "another 10 to 15 minutes -- the same thing they said the last time I called them, they finally sent the owner to deliver the food because they were out of deliveryman, and he called to say the food was here 10 minutes before he actually got here, so that added another 10 minutes. Overall awful service, and it took a 20 minute phone call to get my phone. As for the food, the chicken was way too salty, and the shrimp was mediocre. The food is par for the course, but the overall delivery time killed it.

I'm from Peru. Please do not rate Peruvian food based on this place. Very disappointing. The chicken was simply not edible.

Chicken was so salty it was inedible. There are much better peruvian chicken place is the city and at better prices. Salad was just meh.

The restaurant delivered the food, but some items were under cooked, and others were missing. We called the restaurant to advise them of the situation. They assured us that they would deliver the missing items, and replace the under cooked items. We waited 40 mins, but nothing arrived. We called them again. They said they would issue us a credit (we wanted our food, not a credit, but they said they would not deliver the food). They never issued the credit.

Food was very good. Had the Arroz Chaufa, Ceviche, and Covina a lo Macho with side of Tostones. Highly recommended.
