Pretty good sushi, in the upper tier of sushi we've ordered, but awful service. We were quoted 25-35 minutes for delivery but it took them 60-75 minutes. We gave them a buy the first time and as we liked the food, but the same thing happened the second time plus a missing roll, and I got hung up 3 times while trying to ask about the incorrect order. No manager in house, was told things were slow because there was a promotion (apparently there are lots of these that happen every week) and was asked to call back another day. Same thing happened to the seamless rep. Too bad it's disorganized, poorly executed, and has a terrible level of service, sushi was pretty good.

Said 20 minutes- I live around the block and it's been over an hour. Called and got hung up on.. don't waste your time. There's a thousand other sushi places in the area.

Currently waiting way over an hour for a delivery listed with a 20-35 minute delivery time. This is my first order from Iron Sushi, so I hope to update my review with great results. Not too sure...

Sushi and sashimi combo was decent. It came with a California roll that had three times the amount of avocado than usual (some people might like this, but I don't).

My food took 1.5 hours to arrive and I got sick off of the sushi. I'm not sure if it was bad raw fish or spoiled avocados...

Very interesting selection of sushi and rolls, I have tried their Mexican roll and the volcano special rolls based on couple of my friends recommendation and I am impress. I can always count on them for creative and fresh rolls!

Wow, Thursday night and the sushi was all very old. Indigestible. The texture was soft, as if decomposing already. Gross.

Order a two roll maki lunch, a salmon avocado roll and a tuna avocado roll. So far, it has been great.The sushi is really fresh, great texture and great color. The delivery was on time too ( I have read couple reviews about the late delivery, but mine have been on time most of the time, I will call myself lucky!)

I had to wait almost TWO HOURS for delivery which was cited at 25-40 minutes and then tried to call and got a busy tone (or it just kept ringing) for a half hour until someone finally picked up and put me on hold for 10 minutes. She wasn't even apologetic. The food is ok, but certainly NOT worth waiting this long for. There are plenty of other faster sushi places in midtown with comparable quality and price.

Delicious and good value. Fast service and definitely meet delivery expectation. The delivery window is between 20-30 minutes, and they met the expectation both times. The maki rolls are lunch are good value, but there's just not enough sushi rice. Love the katsudon - warm and crispy.
