Ivy's was our go to when we ordered in. However, the last time we placed an order thru seamless they lost the order, refused to admit their error and told us we would be placed at the end of the queue. No accountability for their mistake. We will be looking elsewhere in the future.

thank you Ivy. THANK YOU. I've be scouring Tribeca for a chicken parmesan that's even close to delicious and you have provided me with something tasty and almost worth the high prices in the area. Italian food in Manhattan generally blows (when you grow up in south Brooklyn) and is ordinarily high on emperors new clothes and price and low on taste (bankers from Ohio and Westchester don't mind eating crapy food if it's expensive). But Ivy, you made a very decent chicken parm that got here fresh and on time. Thank you.

Ivy's is a regular in our weekly delivery rotation! Good food, timely and reliable. Turkey burgers are the best. Chopped salad also good. Homemade potato chips are a treat!

IF you want to wait 2 hours and still not have your food - rock on. This has happened more than once. Food is ok - but definitely not worth the pain of such inexcusable delivery delays and inconsistent service.

Would have been 5 stars but delivery took 90 minutes vs. the outside delivery range of 50 minutes. Food would have been great (burger and fries) but arrived so cold i had to reheat. Please get an insulated delivery bag!

Wait time was listed as 35-50 minutes, food only showed up after one phone call and 95 minutes. The excuse was that the other delivery guy was new and couldn't find the address, which is about as lame an excuse as I could imagine in 2013. The food arrived freezing cold; the asparagus was limp, absolutely slimey, and tasted burnt; the chicken parmagiana sandwich had a meat/roll ratio of 1:10 and sported barely any sauce or cheese, and the fries were disgusting, over-fried, dry cinders.

Horrible. Terrible service and rude. They called me 50 minutes after I ordered to let me know they weren't able to make my order. They weren't apologetic and had no good reason why they waited 50 minutes to let me know.

Faster delivery than stated. Salad included. Lots of extra bread and butter. We enjoyed the mac and cheese, grilled asparagus and the turkey burger.

I ordered the sundae with caramel drizzling. For some reason, what I got consisted of: chocolate ice cream, cone bits, whipped cream, a cherry, and fruit gummies? It was very strange and not at all to my liking.

The food is pretty good, but service and delivery takes a div e when they're busy (cold food, warm drinks, and melted ice cream)--be warned!

It was horrible. The mac n cheese was inedible (add milk next time) and the veggie burger was greasy and tasteless. The Iced Tea was hot. Definitely don't recommend and would never order from them again.

They might be better during the day but I had an order from here one evening and it was awful. The burger tasted stale and was pretty cold.

careless delivery, sauce from food was all over bag cause it was held wrong. not a pleasure. Would never order from them again. Food missing from order as well.
