The food was good (enjoyed the Crab Rangoon and the Teriyaki Beef, although the Chicken Lo Mein was too oily). Serious problem with the service- took over 90 minutes. I called at the 70-minute mark, and was told the driver had already been to my building, called, and left- but no one had called my phone, and my doorman would have called, too. The driver just never showed up! I understand if it was an honest mistake, but the driver was rude about it when he did arrive. I won't order again.

They have a variety of stuff, but I like their rice soup the best. Can be made plain, with no spices or strange ingredients, which is good for an upset stomach. Delivery is usually prompt, especially if you order during off hours.

Average Chinese food, but quick and courteous delivery plus willingness to meet special request (sweet and sour sauce with wontons).

Great value for their lunch and dinner specials here. Pretty good portions and quick service. Always fresh. The staff is really friendly too (can't say the same for Eat First, but I'd choose it over Jackey for lunch specials).

Don't bother! Delivery guy was rude and refused to come up to the apartment - he said if I didn't come down to the lobby he'd leave and come back in 30 minutes. Seriously? I know you were probably a doctor in the old country but at least do a good job at your current job. Food was cold and small portions. I won't be ordering again.

I wouldn't know what their food tastes like because even after I wrote in the special instructions for delivery to bring my food to the 4th floor he decided to wait down in the lobby for me to come get it. I am not able to leave my desk which is why I get delivery food, he complained about there not being parking -yet he waited in the lobby, calling me over and over, and yelling for 20 minutes. It would have taken 3 minutes to bring the food up, if that. The only reason this place got 2 stars is because they refunded my money without any questions asked, not that they could question this but you'd be surprised.
