Jackson Hole - 64th St

This place is extremely overpriced for the quality of food. A $16 burger (which does NOT include fries, I should add) here is about as good as a $6 burger at Johnny Rockets. Very disappointed and will never order from Jackson Hole again.

I ordered an extra thick strawberry milk shake and instead, received a runny shake that strangely tasted like Ensure. The food was so-so. This was the first time that I ordered from Jackson Hole (I decided to try their food based on the high ratings from other customers). I'm disappointed that I didn't have the same quality experience as other customers. On the plus side, considering that this is the upper east side, they have decent prices. But that isn't enough to make me order from them again.

I order great burgers normally. However, Jackson Hole really disappointed me today. I ordered a BLT which was essentially a big lettuce and tomato sandwich. There was so little bacon that I feel ripped off. Stick with the burgers....

My burger was cooked to the EXACT temp that I wanted and the fries were not soggy like I often expect from take out! Speedy delivery and HUGE PORTIONS! I highly recommend Jackson Hole!!!

This is a review of a single order from 3/13/11. The Baldouni Chicken Sandwich was BIG for the price and fairly tasty. I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. The Buffalo Chicken Wings, however, were a joke. They tasted fine, but were, literally, the smallest wings I've ever seen: 1 star. Overall, I'll give Jackson Hole the benefit of the doubt and round up to a 3 star rating.

Jackson Hole is a chain of restaurants. I've been to or ordered from at least three of them and all three were quite similar to each other. For a meat lover, this place is heaven. Their method of cooking hamburgers, with overly generous portions of meat, placed on the grill with a metal cup placed over the meat, seems to hold in the moisture and create a very tasty burger (this is true both for their beef and turkey burgers). If you ever find yourself incredibly hungry and your in the neighborhood of a Jackson Hole, then treat yourself to a meal at this restaurant. The sides are delicious, whether they be salads, fries, onion rings, etc. There are plenty of add-ons to the burgers: e.g., fried onions, chili, a variety of melted cheeses, guacamole, ham, eggs, among others. The menu is varied and does cater to vegetarians as well. A couple of criticisms: the food is, generally, not particularly healthy, but many meat lovers will not mind this and the quality of the hamburger meat may not be high - but the hamburgers are still delicious.

I've eaten at Jackson Hole on a few occasions so I decided to try their delivery service. They have much to improve with respect to delivery. Food was cold, not delivered as requested and overall a very lack-luster experience. If you like good burgers and chicken sandwiches - you are best served dining in. I do not recommend delivery from this restaurant.

Jackson Hole always has great homestyle food with good portions. I got the app sampler. Wasnt crazy about the wings (puny) but the chicken tenders and mozz sticks were good. I also had the chili which is tops. Quick delivery as well.

This place is the absolute worst. The chicken sandwich was soggy cold an so overcooked my dog wouldnt even touch it...i have ordered from here before and have the same dreadful experience. I would order from Mcdonalds over this dump...I even called the manager to complain and he hung up on me...STAY AWAY, you will regret it.
