If you are looking for one of the biggest and best, freshly cooked, burgers on the planet look no further than Jackson Hole. I've been eating both by take out and dine-in here for years and quality has never failed. Warning: The burgers are humongous and the specially designed toppings sometimes overflow sticking to the the lid upon delivery so you know you are getting your money's worth. Rich, filling and always scrumptious.

I was craving veggie chili and ordered from Jackson Hole. Basically the chili was a thick soup ; nothing like chili consistency. I also ordered sweet potato fries which I kid you not, arrived as soggy ball of fries wrapped up in tin foil. There was nothing "fried" (o edible) about these fries, soggier than if I had soaked them in water myself. I called JH and expressed my disappointment. They resent new fries which were now a soggy ball in a plastic container. This "dinner" cost me $17 with all the tipping I did or my two deliveries. I will NOT order from JH again.

I have never once had a bad experience with Jackson Hole! Everything is delicious and comes hot and on time. My biggest weakness is their Oreo shakes--heaven on earth. I just wish they had a location further downtown!

EPIC FAIL. I used to get Jackson Hole as my go-to diner delivery, but my last order was exactly that - my last. My order (omelet with fries instead of homefries) took 50 minutes to come, was so cold I had to microwave it, came with about 10 very soggy fries and the omelet leaked all over the bag and made a huge mess. Jackson Hole is not your answer to your diner food delivery needs.

Although I have long been a Jackson Hole customer and fan, I must say that I should have indeed paid heed to the spate of recent negative reviews before placing my order. Food is lacking in quality - I ordered the Western Burger, and it's definitely not what it used to be - the bacon was lacking in flavor and was not properly cooked. The Frosted Shakes were honestly poor in quality, and the chocolate cake was only thing that was praiseworthy. Still at $5.75 that's just par. Delivery took well over an hour when the delivery estimate read 25-40 minutes. Maybe they lacked delivery runners, so it's my mistake I should have called in. But when I finally called to politely inquire about the order, I was sharply told the guy had left. An apology would have sufficed, I am not asking him to turn back time, but a "sorry we're short of delivery guys today and that's why we're running over our estimated delivery." Poor business practice in a service oriented business. Not going back again, there's a plethora of options that serve similar and much tastier fare in the neighborhood. "Thanks, but no thanks!" You guys really suck!

It's a shame having to write this, because prior to yesterday I've been very satsified with Jackson Hole, but it seems that their quality is heading downhill fast. My order yesterday, after taking an unacceptable 80 minutes to deliver (after an estimate of 20-40 minutes), arrived soggy, cold, and disgusting. (I'd also note that on my several calls during this time, I was told repeatedly that my order had "just left," which means that they were lying to me each time, since something can't "just leave" more than once in a 30-minute time span.) I called to complain, and was summarily lambasted by the woman on the phone, who had no sense of customer service and attempted to explain away the issues with "It's a busy night and it's hot outside." She had no desire to help me out with a promptly delivered fresh order. I finally talked her into grudgingly sending me a new order, which of course arrived 95 minutes later, in even worse condition than the first. As I said at the beginning, what a shame.

Jackson Hole has a huge variety of options, is fast, and may be a very slight cut above the average Upper West Side diner. The prices are high, however, and, although they re-delivered with no trouble, my milkshake was forgotten on two occasions. The massive burgers are infamous, but are too thick for my taste, and do not deliver well.

Jackson Hole has an excellent variety of food and the orders arrive quickly. Unfortunately the fries and burger buns always end up soggy when they arrive.

One thing I look for when ordering food is consistency. While Jackson Hole is not gourmet food, it is always good, fresh, hot and well packaged.

Jackson Hole means comfort food to me. I'm a big fan of their milk shakes, especially chocolate. I appreciate the fact that it is delivered to me thick and cold. They also do great onion rings and burgers. The packaging isn't fancy -- but everything is delivered at the correct temperature, fresh and delicious.

Well, It's the third time I have tried JAckson Hole. In the old days way back when they always shined. NOT NOW.. Asked for two Patty Melts RARE and received two Patty melts well done. Fries were soggy, Onion Rings were horrible. Suggest you try Viand Diner. They get it and they will come through. So sorry to have to write this. Wish it were the old Jackson Hole. Evidently not rwe

I ordered the chicken fingers and was surprised at how processed they were. They tasted like chewy rubber and the french fries arrived cold. The chicken fingers were the frozen kind, the kind that does not taste like authentic chicken. They were so bad that I ended up picking up some organic chicken from Wholefoods and making my own! I will do this for now on and never order from Jackson Hole again.

i normally like jackson hole. however, today the food arrived very cold and veryyy soggy. i hadnt orderd the turkey burger before. it is stupidly big. i got it on an english muffin which covered about 1/4 of the burger. they also did not follow instructions. i asked for lettuce on my coworkers sandwich; they put it on the side, in the same tinfoil as tomatoes, which i explained she was allergic to. this place has gone downhill!

I just ordered a grilled chicken salad. I'm not sure how "no onions" translates to "no tomatoes and let's put in EXTRA onions". Thanks Jackson Hole - once again you've exhibited an inability to read seamless web orders...still it's the best choice for my neighborhood and sigh, I'll order again and cross my fingers that at least once or twice, the order will be right about 5 in 10 times.
