Jackson Hole (91st & Madison Ave)

I live on 61street and there is a Jackson Hole on 64 street my order was routed to Jackson Hole (91st & Madison Ave) If I had known this I would have just called Jackson Hole, but where the order was being placed from was not shown until I paid for order then screens says Jackson Hole (91st & Madison Ave) will confirm your order. That is ridiculous! And when the burger arrived it was nice and cold. Anyhoo, Jackson Hole is number 5 on my top burgers in the city, but Seamless is dropping in my estimation.

Pay attention to all the reviews here. I grew up eating at this particular Jackson Hole and have fond memories of it. I got delivery of an omelette, muffin, and coffee. The muffin was missing from the order and half of the latte was spilled all over the bag and everything was soaked in coffee. I called them about it and they asked if I would like a credit or the items delivered. I asked to have the items I requested. Five minutes later, they called me back to say they didn't have the kind of muffin I ordered, which kind do I want. I told them. It took another hour for the replacement muffin and coffee to show up, and the muffin isn't even toasted (which I requested). This place has gone way downhill. Avoid them like the plague.

I am usually a huge fan of Jackson Hole but not this time. The delivery guy showed up to my house looking irritated and cursing in Spanish. When I thanked him he just didnt say anything just looked even more irritated he had to go out in the rain. The meal which is usually delicious was cold, the bread completely soggy and and spilling out everywhere into the bag. After taking a few bites, the cold taste, the disgruntled delivery guy ruined the whole experience. I usually recommend Jackson Hole to anyone wanting one of the best burgers in NYC but experiencing this is going to make me second think doing this again.

I was craving a cheeseburger and ordered from Jackson Hole because of the decent reviews and $5 delivery minimum. Maybe they were having an off-day, but the ground beef used for my burger was clearly freezer-burnt, and the burger came medium-well, when I ordered medium rare. This kind of ruined the burger for me.

I ordered the chicken with mushroom specialty platter. I got half a chicken breast in a huge bun with dry fries and was charged 13.25 even though the rest of the sandwiches were only 8 dollars. When I called to complain to Jackson Hole (I had thought I was ordering a platter of grilled chicken and mushrooms, not a greasy sandwich) they were very rude and completely unhelpful. Oh....and then I found a small black hair on top of the grilled chicken. Hm. think I will give it a pass next time. Especially if I am craving good food. I will never order from them again.

They have a lot of variety and everything is pretty decent, but this Jackson Hole isn't as good as the one on 2nd Ave near 86th.

I've order from this place a few times, and the food is always hot and delicious. I can't understand why this doesn't get more positive reviews. Delivery is fast, food is delicious.

Worst customer service in the neighborhood. The food is fine, standard restaurant fare, which I can get anywhere else around here but with better service. I had a problem with my order today, which normally would not have upset me, but the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I called to resolve the issue. I will not be ordering delivery from here again.

My food took around 50 minutes to arrive, 10 minutes over their estimate, no big deal. What I couldn't get over was that everything was bad. The hash browns, ice cold and without flavor. The cheese in my roommate's omelette was no longer melted... gross. Cold buttered toast? It was soggy on the inside and the crust was hard from going from cold to hot to cold again. The two pancakes in the middle were good, but the two on the outside were soaked in ham juice because the still hot ham was just thrown into the container with them. I eat here every once in a while and everything is good when it's fresh but their delivery business is obviously poorly managed. Sending all of your morning deliveries out in bulk may save you time but it definitely loses you customers. Will not be ordering from here again.

Horrific. Food arrived cold and late. We called the restaurant to complain and they didn't believe us that the food was cold. The manager, was incredibly rude to us and refused to either send a new order or provide a refund for food that was inedible. A terrible experience.

More like 2.5 stars ... Like a lot of other reviewers, my order was really sloppy when it arrived. I ordered a western chicken sandwich, which comes with bacon, cheese, onions & barbecue sauce. The sandwich arrived hastily wrapped in tinfoil & stuck into a little brown paper lunch bag. Needless to say, the second I started to unwrap it, there was barbecue sauce everywhere. It made eating it unpleasant, because the outside of the bun was totally covered in sauce. It was too messy to eat with my hands so I ended up grabbing a knife and fork--not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but then again it also wouldn't have been a huge deal for them to package the sandwich in a way that made it less of a drippy mess. Food quality is okay. Not bad but certainly nothing to write home about. Sandwich was big but the chicken was kind of flavorless, bacon was soggy and there was too much BBQ sauce. That said, if i have a craving for a giant sandwich again, I guess I'd still consider ordering from here.
