Hamburger was alright, but nothing special. The bun was very soggy by the time it was delivered. Onion rings were okay, but not as good as some other reviews seemed to indicate.

Incredibly poor service! Waited for an hour for my food delivery, and when I called very nicely to inquire about my order, I was yelled at by a Jimbos employee who claimed the delivery boy had been waiting at my building for 30 minutes; however, i did not receive a single call that my order was downstairs.

I have been ordering from and dining in Jimbos for a few years now and never have they screwed up an order or made anything that was greasy, fatty, or all around gross. I love it!!

Always fresh and delicious, any item from Jimbos is a winner! And, yes, they really do have the best Hamburgers in NYC! Bacon is the best, too!

The description of their food is not very descriptive. For example, the buffalo burger is actually made of buffalo, as opposed to a hamburger with buffalo sauce on it. The burger looked cooked on the outside, but was blood red throughout. This burger had been cooked all of two or three minutes. I also bit into what was likely a bit of bone in the patty. The burger and fries are soggy with grease. Even as hungry as I was, I had to throw out 3/4 of the burger (after learning that the entire burger was very rare, and not just one part of it. Generous portions of poorly prepared, greasy food.

burgers good (its no shakeshack)... It seems like sometimes they use frozen/store bought patties (not all that great) and sometimes they use freshly made ones (delicious).. delivery is usually fast, im about 4 blocks away. little problems every once in awhile e.g. order diet coke and a sprite, receive two diet caffeine free cokes..

Excellent. Cole slaw was even tasty and the turkey burger was very flavorful. Delivery person could be a bit more pleasant.

It took them 55 mins to deliver my order...we are 3 blks away from them! The chicken sandwiches contained less than a half-breast! I have photos! Never again!!!
