Waited for my order for over an hour and a half. They did not offer a discount or even apologize. Seamless stated the wait time was 15-30mins - if I knew the actually wait time then I would not have ordered from here.

Delivery was fast and correct. Shepherds pie was sub par - why is so hard to find a good version of this simple-to-make traditional food? The pecan pie and onion rings (made with real onions - not the reconstituted onion pieces one often finds) were quite tasty.

Ordered for here when the time estimate said 15-30 minutes. One hour later I was still without food. We called and were told "it's on it's way!" After another half hour without food, we called again only to learn that we were LIED to on the first call and there was no food on the way. I would appreciate honesty!! If you misplaced the order, just admit it. I will never order from here again, and would advise you give your money to honest establishments.

Took over 15 minutes just to confirm the order then 45-60 minute estimated delivery, ended up at 45 which is just to long. The Beer Battered Chicken Fingers were good but the Garlic Bread is insulting its not even toasted it just plain old bread they would serve if you ate at the restaurant which they slap on some butter and very little powdered garlic and oregano. Was a huge disappointment and I feel it was a waste of money for what it was, I could of just gotten bread (if free) and did what they did myself in 2 minutes ... not even toasted.

First time ordering, meal was delivered 15 minutes past the latest delivery time. Food ordered was not difficult. Food when delivered was cold.

Wings arrived cold (after an hour wait). Seamless showed a 15-30 minute wait. In fairness I dont think they would've been good when they were hot either. Flavorless barely any sauce. Also no napkins included as requested.

Consistently late. But the food is also very tasty, and if you ask it to be cooked a certain way, they oblige.
