I have ordered delivery from this Johnny Rockets a few times and while I enjoy their food just know that it usually takes longer than the time quotes. My last order said 15-30 minutes, but took 45 minutes. Also they don't seem to read the special instructions sections. I asked for cheese on the french fries and paid for it, but didn't get it.

my food came on time, and I particularly am a fan of Johnny Rockets, the gentleman who delivered my food was polite! I would reccommend Johnny Rockets via SW to anyone! THANK YOU!

I've ordered from Johnny Rockets four times and each time the order has been wrong. The food is okay but when I receive something I can't eat like onion rings instead of fries then it's a waste of money. Doesn't matter how specific you are in your requests, the food will not come as you ordered it. If you're not allergic to anything and you like a lot of varieties of food, then you'll be fine.

Apparently, the comments section of additions to orders is for looks and not function as Johnny Rockets has decided that they will not follow the additional instructions.

Worst service EVER. I placed an order for delivery and was quoted 30-45 minutes. The food came an hour and a half later, and they forgot half of my order. I called back, and the manager said my food would be delivered "within 12 minutes". This also did not happen. They delivered the order to the wrong address. Enough said...don't order from here!

This is the third time I've ordered and the third time they've messed it up. They will NOT be getting a fourth chance. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger with a Boca and no bacon. Not that complicated, right? Apparently, it is: they put the Boca on, but forgot all of the things that make the Smokehoue the Smokehouse (onion rings, special sauce), but they sure didn't forget the bacon (which is just so counter-intuituve -- how many people ordering veggie burgers really want bacon?). I'm pretty sure they don't even read the order ticket, just sort of throw a few things together and assume no one will complain after delivery.

We ordered the sliders, medium. There were three pieces of dried out meat on what was clearly a cut up hot dog bun as they must have run out of mini hamburger buns. We also ordered a hamburger, medium, with ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise, and while it was much tastier, it was also overcooked. Also, instead of putting the condiments on the burger, they just gave us a bunch of packets of sauce thrown into the bag - not quite what I had in mind. Its a shame as I actually kinda like this place, but it's clearly not for delivery. I would recommend dining in only.

I'm so dissappointed! First the delivery person called and said she was in the lobby and didn't show up until 10 minutes later and then my order was wrong. When I called it took forever for them to answer. I WILL NEVER order from here again!

Food is great, but the service is terrible. I placed an order, received the wrong order and when I calle the restaurant to inform them of this noone answered the phone. I tried calling for about 15 minutes straight with no answer. In the end I had to call the seamless care line and they credited my account. What a hassle. Inexcusable.

The burger was OK. They put way to much onions and pickles, though... Delivery took 45 minutes... The shake was pretty good.

This was one helluva burger! I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Double Burger. It comes with a nice portion of french fries and isn't your normal whimpy/cheap burger. This sucker was hefty, juicy, and delightfully greasy MMMM. It comes with a special sauce, so I actually didn't even use my mayo. It would have been pure overload if I would have put that on lol. They take more like 45 minutes to deliver, but it was worth the wait IMO. I would order from here again. For $9.99 it was a lot of meat and a good amount of french fries! This says a lot because I'm a "big" eater. Satisfied :-)

The order was scheduled to be delivered in 15-30 minutes. 45 minutes passed and I rang them. The person on the other end was rude and dismissive. She remembered nothing I said so I had to repeat everything. When she finally found my order, she said 'the guy left', and hung up on me. 20 minutes later, the delivery guy arrives at my door and couldn't speak ONE word of English. I wanted to know if the order was cold and he couldn't understand even the most basic question. The food was cold and it was missing things that I requested (butter--there was toast involved). Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy.
