Junior's (Broadway)

Ordered with a 15-30 minute delivery window, it's now been over an hour and no food in sight. This has happened twice. I should've learned my lesson. Don't order from them if time is of ANY essence whatsoever. The food isn't bad, but it arrives cold and disgusting from their ineffective delivery methods. By the way, I live less than 3 blocks from Juniors. Disgusting.

The food from Juniors is GREAT! BUT.....delivery is the world's worst. They said last night 15-30 minutes and it took 1 1/2 hours and when the food arrived, the hot open turkey sandwich did not come with the potatos described on the menu, it came with just turkey! We were too disgusted to call! It was too late already and it would have come after we had finished eating. We have ordered from Juniors 8 times and something is always missing or wrong! We suggest if you want their food, eat at the restaurant so you are not annoyed when you don't get all that you ordered but were charged for it!

I am a big fan of Junior's cheesecakes but having to wait over an hour for a Matzo soup and turkey burger, I have to be really hungry to order from them...

Sometimes when you order good food for delivery it doesn't always arrive good. But the integrity of the food at Junior's is not compromised by delivery. The burgers are amazing and the cheescake...well, legendary.

Medium Burger was cold and dry, not hot and juicy. I hope I don't get food poisoning. Instead of sending BROILED Seafood Combination Lunch which is what I ordered, they sent the FRIED Seafood Combination Lunch. If I could rate JUNIORS a NEGATIVE 5 Stars I would. I used to eat at the Brooklyn Juniors many years ago in my youth. I guess you can't go home anymore, or I don't remember how bad the food was, or the food has gotten REALLY, REALLY BAD after all these years. No I didn't try the Cheesecake, but after this experience I wouldn't give them another dime.

My orders from here always take well over an hour despite living 3 blocks away. Food order is ALWAYS wrong, and the food is often dry. They need to work on their customer service for sure, and given the prices the quality should be better.

The Reuben and the Pastrami sandwich were both good (but not the best pastrami I've had in New York) but the sandwiches were a bit on the small side, a bit pricey and delivery was pretty slow.

Delivery was super slow. Plus, they set my hopes high with a description "best wings in manhattan" but their wings were gross. If you want wings go somewhere else.

like everyone else on the site says...the food is ok, but the delivery is painfully slow. Mine is already 30 minutes late past the far end of estimate at time of order (90 minutes total now). and when you call, even more painful is experiencing the people trying to help you (emphasis on trying).

Food quality is mediocre. Portion size is small. Delivery time is ridiculously long --over an hour. I emailed them several times -- never got a response. Not just a one-time experience -- we gave them two tries, same problem both times. Not worth it, definitely not worth the high price, either, in my opinion.
