Just Salad (Park Avenue)

Just got my order. Very disappointed. Three of the ingredients that I PAID FOR, are not in the salad. secondly, they are cutting the corners big time. my salad is 90% lettuce and only a scant of the ingredients that I ordered. I will NEVER order from this place again.

These guys chop this stuff to hell. I have asked for it not to be chopped and they still do the salad might as well go into a blender. The last three orders they have messed up every salad I think they have to much business so quality is going down at the park ave location.

You would think that since the instructions are written and you're choosing from options offered by the company, they would be able to get it right. I selected this place because the estimated delivery time was shorter than the other options. They showed up 30 minutes past the window, the salad was not "chopped" as selected, and the dressing was on the side instead of mixed in. They also left out an item for which I paid $1 extra. If you care about getting what you ordered, try someplace else.

I am NEVER using this place again. I called for my salad to be delivered - specifically - at 1 pm...the guy shows up at 11:40 am. Cross this one off of my list.

Ordered twice, not impressed. Do not follow orders to mix in dressing. Bread is greasy. Salads just uninspired. Fast and reliable delivery, though.

Just salad is getting sloppy! I've enjoyed their salads in the past, but today the salad was barely chopped, incredibly messy (covered in dressing on the outside with lettuce poking out from all around the lid), the ingredients came in paltry amounts and the additional chicken I paid for was not there. Get it together Just Salad - there are too many other good salad places to let your quality go.

Quality of salad was okay when it finally arrived after 1 hour 10 minute wait (vs promised delivery of 20-35 minutes)

The quality here has certainly gone down. One of my salad bowls was sent less than half full (which btw they asked to return for "training purposes" once I received a new salad). Even with explicit instructions to mix in the dressing for wraps, they still lazily place the dressing on the side on multiple orders. I think today's again-botched attempt at a caesar wrap will be my last order here.

My jalapeno popper was just spectacular, and was shockingly filling for a salad. If you're on the banker diet, this place is a must.

Salads are generally fresh. Today my apples are brown. Delivery was a mess. Delivery person called me from downstairs several times & then left after I did not pick up (I was in a meeting for which the delivery was intended). I called & the food was immediately redelivered with the assurance that the delivery person would have a picture ID to bring the food up. Again, he did not. Not only that he was "too busy" to not only not come up but to even get off his bike & come into the building. I called the store & there were very apologetic but offered nothing beyond speaking to the delivery person & assuring it will not happen again. Not enough for me right now.

I requested romaine and spinach and just got spinach. Also, I paid for double feta cheese in my salad and got barely any cheese at all. Bad delivery experience all together

There is no consistency in the food here. I've gotten good salads a few days in a row, then without warning the next salad has lettuce that is wilted and half-rotten. Today the delivery guy left my salad on a window-sill downstairs instead of waiting for me to ride the elevator down from the 24th floor.

I love this place. Great fresh ingredients and they always deliver on time. My favorite is the chicken caesar salad. :)
