We've ordered from Justino's many times and we have liked the food repeatedly. I like the L&B style pizza, and the regular pizza, eggplant parm and chicken parm heros are very good. Portions are generous. We usually have the same delivery guy and the food arrives hot. This week we had a really bad experience - we ordered a pizza and it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to be delivered after the email estimated 30-45 min. Okay, maybe they are busy. I never saw the delivery guy before - he must be new. He was on his cell phone the whole time. He must not have been paying attention to the pizza and turned it on its side because it was a mess when I opened the box, and even worse, it was ice cold. I don't know what this delivery guy was doing taking so long, throwing the pizza around and letting it get so cold. I called and they did the right thing by sending a new pizza, which was tasty and warm (not hot) when it arrived (it still took longer than it should have), and the delivery guy was still on his cell phone the whole time. I chalk it up to a new delivery guy that doesn't know what he is doing and a bad night. Hopefully he learns to get off his phone and deliver the pizza in better shape. I have always gotten the food hot and in good condition with the old delivery guy so will definitely give them another chance next week. I hope it was a just a bad night as the food is good and it is my go to pizza and hero place in the neighborhood.

They just put up $0.99 cent pizza signs, but the website still lists $2.50. I think their pizza has slipped a bit - the last 2 slices that I got were pretty tasteless. I would pay 99 cents for it...but not $2.50.

They changed owners in the last couple months and the food has stayed mostly pretty good, but they no longer carry coke, and Pepsi is obviously a horrible disgusting drink.

Good food. But they get the order wrong about 50% of the time which is frustrating.

The eggplant parm dinner arrived an hour and 20 min after I ordered (which was only after I called th restaurant). The food was bland and the pasta overcooked. I wont order here again.

Always forgets to include tomato sauce with calzones, even when I write it multiple times under special instructions. I called and complained, they promised to send it then didn't. I am DONE with Justinos.

Used to be pretty good. Now they never get orders right about the simplest things and their pizza is sloppy. How does two bottles of coke mean 2 diet cokes? And if I ask for a well done crust, is it so hard to leave in the oven for an extra 5 minutes? Instead its delivered with cheese and toppings barely hot. I'm done with these guys - way too many options in murray hill.

ever been to LMB in Bensonhurst ? its pretty much the best pizza on the planet. they have an "LMB style" pizza here - sicilian with the sauce on top of the cheese. its not LMB but its the closest i can get in manhattan, it was pretty good. worth its existence just for making this style pizza.

Terrible Pizza. Soggy peppers & onions. Too much sauce, so that the toppings and cheese were falling off. Wings were OK, i've had worse... but that is not an endorsement.

we ordered the simple cheese pizza, half with onions and peppers. pizza was not hot, onions and peppers were cut in big chunks. dough lacked flavor/salt and it was soft/moist, and tomato sauce was not tasty either. we were expecting better for a new pizza place.
