Both times I ordered from this restaurant, it took about 1 hour and 25 minutes, and the kabobs were cold and stiff. Now, who wants to eat a rubber kabob?

Waited an hour. Called to ask where it was. The girl apologized, looked up my order, and said the driver was on his way. Waited another 45 minutes. Called, the manager picked up and said they'd been trying to call me because I live out of their delivery zone and had left me several messages. But my phone never rung. The manager was an ass and wouldn't mail me a coupon and said that he could make my food but it would take another 2 hours. 1 part Seamless' fault, 1 part that girl's fault. I call it a wash. Won't order from there again.

I'm certain everything on the menu is good, but I keep going back to three favorites, the baba ghanoush, the cheese pies and the cheese rolls.

I'm passing through DC and felt like having Lebanese grill which I haven't had in a while, which is how I ended up here. A very good experience with Kababji. I ordered the Hummus, Tabbouleh (which they call tabouli) and Kabab Halabi. The tabbouleh is as close as you can get to the stuff they make in Lebanon. The Hummus had all the right ingredients but was missing a bit of the lemony tartness. And the kabab tasted close enough to the Kababji kabab in Lebanon. Delivery was very quick, somewhere in the region of 15-20 minutes. They forgot my receipt and when I called to ask for it a delivery guy brought it to my hotel a few minutes later. A positive dining experience. I was thinking of deducting a star for the Hummus but it was generally good, rest of food very good and delivery time and subsequent follow up excellent.

The food was very good, very fresh and distinctive. They made a slight error in my order (I ended up with the sandwich, instead of the entree), but it did give me a chance to sample their french fries and salad (both very flavorful). I used a groupon, so I couldn't complain too much. Costwise, it will be very hard for Kababji Grill to compete with Moby Dick one block away, but tastewise, Kababji's food surpasses.

The food is good, even cold. The tenderloin pita is flavorful and well-seasoned, the salad is fresh, the french fries are nicely crisped. The issue is the length of time it takes for delivery. I waited 2 hours for my food to arrive. When I called the restaurant ten minutes after the expected delivery time of 40-55 minutes, I was told that the driver left with my order 15 minutes ago and that it was on its way soon. It's disappointing and given that there is a $2 delivery fee on top of already pricier lunch options, I will not be ordering from Kababji Grill again and am unlikely to go to the restaurant for a sit-down meal

Unbelievably bad service. Took over an hour and a half to receive my food. The woman answering the calls was clueless, and the manager had the audacity to be rude on top of that. Never ordering from here again, plain and simple.
