Kang Suh Restaurant

No Stars- delivery took over 1.5 hours and we even called Kang Suh at the 30 minute mark to check on the Delivery- they clearly lied to us saying that our order had already gone out for Delivery. Unbelievable.

+ 5 stars for the food and the fact that they deliver +2 stars for the delivery staff - 5 stars for restaurant manager who is dishonest and incompetent I put in the wrong address and needed to change the delivery address. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who said ok, no problem. 20 minutes later I get a call from the delivery boy who went to the wrong address. I call the restaurant again and had this exact conversation with the same manager. Me: Hi, I called earlier to change the address? Your delivery staff went to the wrong address. Manager: Yes Me: Can you call him to tell him the right address Manager: Oh, he doesn't have a phone so there's no way for me to contact him. Me: But he called me from a phone Manager: Oh really? Me: Yes, can you call that number Manager: Well I don't know I can't find him Me: So what does that mean Manager: I don't know if something's wrong he'll come back eventually to the restaurant 10 minutes later the delivery boy actually found his way to my apartment and told me that 1) he did not receive a call from the manager and that 2) he has a cell phone.

The food was incredibly disappointing. The soon dooboo that I ordered had zero flavor. It tasted like they just threw some hot water over tofu and didn't bother to add any ingrediants in the dish. Only had tofu. Then we ordered the a la carte japche and it didn't have any beef. They clearly gave us the appetizer version than only has vegetables. Only reason for the second star is that I've had decent (not great) from the restaurant before.

not a lot of korean places deliver, but thankfully kang suh does. food is great and the delivery is always on time - perfect pick when craving some delicious korean food!

The food is delicious, and Kang Suh provides generous (and free) portions of Korean sides to go with the meal. The delivery is usually fast, too.

I think you get more food at the restaurant than you do when you order for delivery. But the delivery is super fast considering how far away we live from the restaurant. Great food and quick delivery but feel you get more food when you eat there.

I like their food in general. Lots of side dishes, fast delivery, etc... But they don't offer lunch special on seamlessweb.com, which they do at the restaurant. It's quite pricy.

Standard Korean food. I think the seamlessweb price is a dollar more than the actual price in the restaurant. But there are very few Korean restaurants on Seamlessweb.

absolutely beyond expectation!! I never ordered from this restaurant before, so i started with basics and ordered Bibim Bob and Kimchi Bokeum Bob.... and they are all SO GOOD!! The delivery time was 45-60 min on the confirmation, so i was feeding myself chips and hanging... but 20 mins lter, the concierge called and my food is here!! i don;t know what you can complain about customer svc... it is delivery, basically you paid already, and the person just hand you the food when you open the door, that's all he have to do.... if you want to have a kiss-up smile or whatever you call customer svc, go to the restaurant and pay more than 20% on tips!

absolutely terrible. I was so excited to have another korean restaurant enter my delivery territory, but was disgusted when i got my food. the bi bim bop was 95% burnt rice, and barely any beef bits at all. sauce was gross. the Kimchi Chigae was also 95% cabbage, with only 3 fatty and bony pieces of slimy pork. For 32 dollars worth of lunch, no edible protein. i was hungry after throwing it all in the trash. Worst Korean food i have ever had.

Food is consistently good. My only complaint is the delivery time. They ALWAYS state 20-35 minutes for delivery. Last time I placed an order, it took almost 90 minutes! And I'm only 3.5 blocks away from the restaurant.
