Food is okay although I don't understand the raves here. The low review rating is because of a couple of bad delivery experiences. First time we ordered the delivery man said the (generous) tip we included online had been included for some reason. We felt bad so tipped him again. We ordered a second time and the same thing happened. Didn't tip him this time and he was unpleasant. When we got our credit card bill the tips had been included. Don't know if the restaurant is ripping off the delivery people or if the delivery people are running a scam but we won't use this place again.

Food was not bad and nothing to complain about. Customer service on the other hand was HORRENDOUS! My friend and I ordered from them and a man showed up at the door yelling at us about who was going to pay for the car service. We had no idea what he was talking about and told him we ordered $30 worth of food from Seamless and were not paying for any car service. We stood out in the cold for ten minutes arguing with the man until he called the restaurant and then promptly left. A couple of questions remain: who uses a car service for delivery? Why were we forced to argue with a strange man on the street about a car service we didn't order? and seriously what the hell?

The chicken schwarma, already very good, is cathartic with babaganoush (I have heard that extra garlic sauce is also amazing but I haven't tried it). Although it isn't bad, the regular schwarma is bland when compared to the chicken version. The kibbeh is really great when it's fresh from the oven. Some of the best I've had. I haven't had a problem with delivery yet after six orders despite some of the other reviews. I wonder if they tipped too little? I know that is a problem sometimes with Seamless orders because it defaults to $2.

They started off as being a damn fine place to grab some delivered lunch, but as of late the quality seems to be going down a bit. The meat has been grizzly and the fries under cooked. Hopefully its just a dip for a little while. I'll keep trying them till they're back to their amazing quality that made them a weekly order for me.

The food here has so far been really good. I usually get the sandwiches and they've all been really good. I wasn't very impressed with the spinach pie, but that is a personal preference thing. The delivery staff is amazingly nice, however deliver at times takes a bit long. if you order french fries expect them to be soggy due to a long trip to your house. This could easily be remedied if they used aerated containers, but they don't. If you're in the neighborhood I totally suggest this place for pick up, but for deliver make sure to stick with foods that can deal with a bit of cooling in before eating.

I ordered a juice with my meal and it came in a plastic cup that had spilled all over the bag, so I don't advise ordering juice with a delivery order. The food was great, though. The shawarma was well seasoned and very tasty. Love the tahini sauce.

I adore this place. It has perhaps the best hummus in the city... make sure to get all of the fixings on it when you order! The mini pies are delicious, so make sure to try out every single one they have to offer. And really? Any hot dish that might catch your eye is worthy of a shot...I love them all!!! Why not 5 stars? THE DELIVERY SERVICE TAKES FOREVER!!!! Still worth it for the BEST hummus on this side of the planet!

Love their chicken shawarma sandwich with added babaganoush. delivery is pretty fast and the food quality is pretty darn good. i order from them at least once a week. Everything tasted good and fresh. Only bad thing is that the delivery people are reluctant to ever get out of their car! what is that?? they call you and expect you to walk over to their car window to pick up the food and sign for it???? It's happened 3 times so far. Only ONCE did the delivery person actually come to the door. Oh and watch out for the Lemonade.. tasted like someone poured lemon flavored dishsoap into a cup of theraflu. YUCK! But everything else has been good.

Food was an hour late and very cold, did not enjoy it at all. Also a bit pricey for this kind of food. If it was at least hot enough, I would have 5 stars, but I honestly did not enjoy it.
