Did not receive food for over two hours. Called restaurant multiple times and was given an extremely rude answer both times: "it went out already, just wait". I waited until it had been two hours, called again, and they said they forgot it. Worst experience I've ever had on seamless.

K&P must be take-out only. You can order on seamless but don't plan on getting your food. Not happening... One and a half hours and counting... Avoid regardless of food reviews.

Food is 5/5. Delivery needs improvement; my food arrived 15 minutes after the upper end of the estimated delivery time (40-55 min), and I'm only a few blocks away. Additionally, my hot sauce had completely spilled out of its container into the bag with utensils. Luckily I had some Sriracha in the kitchen...

Really good food, very flavorsome. Can be ever so slightly on the smaller side on portion, but at least it's great tasting and you don't overeat.

This particular order was not very good. The rice was dry and hard, which reallyl is not acceptable from an Asian restaurant that must make rice by the hour. The dumplings were good as was the tofu and the edamame was mediocre.

Great food, worst delivery in NYC... Great food , the worst delivery in NYC .. Order made @ 12.45 pm No confirmation email sent Called @ 1.15pm , told my order was received and i would get it in 30 mins.. 2.05pm and still waiting for food ... such a disappointment ..
