Food is pretty much consistent at Khao Sarn. Never have to worry about deliveries arriving late. Faves are the apps, thai dumplings and chicken sate. Love their sticky rice and mango dessert. Noodle dishes can be hit or miss, I wish they would use less oil, especially in their pad see ew and pad thai.

Khao Sarn is a great Thai restaurant in Williamsburg. The food is always good, not amazing, but always good. You can ask for "Thai spicy" if you want some fire in your life. I like the Pad Thai, Tom Yum soup, Pad See Ew, chili sauce (Prig King), and oyster sauce (comes with a good selection of vegetables). The owner is a nice guy and appreciates it if you try out your limited Thai language skills while ordering.

Consistently solid food. Often get the noodles and have no complaints. They are very good at adjusting orders for requests (ex. soft rather than fried tofu). Portions are nice. Food quality is good as well. The best drunken noodles in the neighborhood.

4 stars for thinking out of the box. Try the 'mango tango' if you're like me, and like to experience flavors that are born out of fusion. The reason I'm taking one star away, is because the fried ice-cream was melting and soggy by the time it got here. I'll certainly order from them again, but just not the fried ice-cream

The last time I ordered the spicy chili and tofu, a large hunk of plastic was in the tofu. Never ordering from here again.

I placed my regular order - tom yum big bowl - but the bowl arrived broken, soup all over the plastic bag and my edamame soaked. Naturally I called so they could replace it and the person on the phone said it was fine. After another 30 minutes of waiting, a delivery guy showed up to pick up the broken plastic bowl, mind you my garbage is now full of soup, he said his manager wanted to original order before sending a new one. I called to speak to the manager and he would not get on the phone. The person on the phone just kept saying they had to wait for the broken bowl. I will never order from there again!

Some of the food was good, but they completely ignored my "no bean sprouts" note, ruining one of the two entrees we ordered.

Inconsistent- The first time I ordered the duck salad it was great. The second time it was soggy chicken. Baffling. The veggie dumplings are truly great though.

I'm not going to order from here anymore. The quality is pretty low on the appetizers. The pad see ew is decent however, but nothing special.

Just ordered lunch from here, and everything about it was below average. There are better Thai options in the neighborhood.
