Kiran Indian Cuisine East

My usual spot wasn't open so I thought I would give Kiran a try. Overall, it's not bad for the price. The food quality was okay. I ordered the chicken tikka masala and the meat was cooked well, but it was not the most flavorful version of this dish I've ever had. The consistency was fairly thick and almost chunky, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I just prefer it smoother. The rice was standard but the naan was horrible. Completely flat, overcooked and actually brittle. Everything I touched flaked off and fell apart. I would consider ordering here again, as a last resort, but without the naan!

hate to say it, but this place was not good. The samosa chaat was very soggy, with muddled flavors, and the accompanying green chutney was such an electric color I was afraid to eat it. The yellow daal was dull, too thick and full of baby corn (! Unpleasant surprise), and the lemon rice was bright yellow but with very little flavor. The prices are this low for a reason. Get your Indian needs met elsewhere.

Got the chicken makhani (butter chicken) and was a bit disappointed, definitely didn't taste like butter chicken I have had before at indian restaurants. It wasn't horrible-- just not what I was expecting. The spices seemed a bit bland for Indian food as well. I was looking for cheap Indian and this isn't too expensive, but I'll probably suck up the extra few dollars and order from somewhere else next time.

Indian food can be so overpriced, which is why we like Kiran Indian. For very reasonable prices they offer good tasting food for a few dollars less per item than many of the other UES locations. The one thing I regret is that when they changed names, they got rid of their dinner box. We used to order nearly weekly with that incredible deal, but its still a definite + place to go.

Delicious Indian food delivered right to your door! I was pleased with my chicken tikka masala and the naan was still warm and fresh. Plus the prices are reasonable. :)

Extremely good food! Great customer service. I am an indian and very strict critic of food and I think this restuarent delivers on what is a great tasting Indian food. I would recommend it.

Food is very delicious. The best Indian cuisine I've tried so far on Seamlessweb. The order took over an hour to arrive, though.

the restaurant has moved to the west side... i ordered for pickup but they call stating they are now located in the west side... im not sure who's fault for not updating the info.. but I'll just give 3 star for their acceptable food...

ordered "spicy" lamb vindaloo. was watery and bland. rice + two chunks of potatoes, few cubes of lamb and a whole lot of spiceless fluid for almost 17 bucks. there are way better options out there, save your money.

The food for this place is great, but this is the 2nd time I've ordered from this restaurant for delivery and the 2nd time they've made a mistake and sent my food somewhere else. By the time it arrives - it's cold!! This is super aggravating and annoying. If you don't know where to go, CALL!!!!
