Kitchen M

Usually the food from Kitchen M is really good but for some reason today the food was atrocious. The tapioca pearls in the bubble tea were hard and not chewy like they are supposed to be. The filet mignon panini's beef was unchewable. The Cubano panini and chicken parm panini's were too dry.

Kitchen M opened recently after doing a great job remodeling the space. If you're ever in the neighborhood, definitely stop by! It's a very nice place with a great staff and a nice atmosphere. It looked so great that my wife and I decided to stop in one day to try it out and we can't stop going back there now ever since! They have the best paninis on the upper east side! The delivery is fast and the eating area is always clean if you decide to eat there. They also have a great selection of healthy food and a bunch pre-made sandwiches and wraps to choose from too if you're in a rush. I would definitely recommend Kitchen M! Welcome to the neighborhood!!

I eat in for lunch here alot and order their breakfast sandwiches on weekends. Several months back I felt like they were cutting corners and not use as fresh/as much ingredients as they used to - and stopped going. I tried them again recently and it's gotten better. Highly recommend their paninis - I never order salads or sandwiches here because they're pre-packaged.

I gave them three stars because I've order from them before, and it has been good. However, this last time was so disappointing. They forgot the truffle in the mushroom truffle pressed panini (what?!?), and they forgot the dressing for the micro salad. Plus, it took 1hr 30mins for the food to come, but the delivery guy was really sweet. Also, one french macaroon is not worth $2.45. It was stale and crushed. Yuck!

I got the chipotle steak panini, and it was delicious! Big plus, too, that my order arrived in less than the stated delivery time (i.e., under half an hour!).

I order sandwiches and soup from here pretty often. The food is always really yummy, delivery always fast, food comes hot, etc. I ordered today and they were out of something so they called me within 5 mins of placing my order to see what else I would like. Awesome! love them

Always fast delivery. The food is creative and delicious! The people they have delivering the food are very friendly. I recommend the housemade brownie if you have a sweet tooth!

Perhaps the worst delivery food I've ever had. I had the chicken marsala. It was essentially a box of food with some vegetables, some instant mashed potato, and a tiny bit of chicken. The vegetables were embarrassing, it was essentially regular lettuce, some yams, and carrots. In the end, I'm not sure if anyone is interested in wilted romaine lettuce mixed throughout their meal.

Fabulous croissants, usually gone by noon, but for obvious reasons. Very buttery, delicate, crispy outside, and the almond one is amazing if you're into that. The hot paninis are SO good, nice blends of flavors, and the fresh mozzarella one tastes like the best fresh mozz/tomato/basil pizza. The cuban is great too. The eggplant parm is awesome, no breading, perfectly cooked eggplant that you really get to enjoy rather than a lot of breading with a fried up piece of eggplant. The delivery is fast and the service is wonderful, especially if they are out of something, or if they expect something to take a while to cook (even if only 15 minutes longer) they call and give you a heads up.

The food was mediocre, and the delivery service was worse. First, they called my phone saying that the delivery person called but couldn't get in touch with me. Possible but unlikely. I rarely miss phone calls and there was no voice mail. Then the food finally makes it to me cold after 20 minutes (I work 3 blocks away) and is cold. Finally, the thai iced tea was one of the worst I've had. I stopped ordering from here after this experience.

OMG - so delicious!!! I walked by here the other day and the restaurant looked very appealing and yummy. Today I ordered in and it did not disappoint. The food is made with flavorful good quality ingredients. Delivery is quick and correct. We tried the mushroom panini and the filet / chipotle panini and both were excellent. This place is a keeper. What a nice addition to the neighborhood!!!

Smoked turkey sandwich was very, very subpar. The cranberry sauce was nowhere to be found, the meat and lettuce were sparse, and it took more than 45 minutes for my order to be delivered 4 short blocks. To top it off, the sandwich is at least $2 more expensive than any comparable sandwich in the neighborhood.
