There are two things that keep me coming back to a restaurant: food and service. Knight Restaurant has both well figured out. The chicken shawarma was almost like tandoori chicken, well flavored. The muttabbal is some of the best baba ganoush I have had. Staff is really friendly. Parking is easy in the many structures around, there are only a few street spots. I will definitely be back to try the other food here.

Very large portions! I got the fish kabob plate, and I was pleasantly surprised by a large, freshly fried fish cutlet. The breading was flavored with lemon, the fish was cooked perfectly, and it was just delicious. For my sides I picked the tabouli and the hummus – both were very good and tasted freshly made. They also included half a grilled tomato and a good-sized pita bread. Everything was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up.
