Pretty good sushi in UES. They have a really affordable 3 roll dinner combo but if you replace rolls they charge you.

Excellent choice. Great lunch specials. Large portions, extremely fresh, quite affordable. I ordered a salmon/avocado roll with the salmon COOKED. SO TASTY! No extra charge. They are very helpful and friendly if you have order substitutions, Best of the 10-15 sushi restaurants on the Upper East side that I've tried so far.

I've tried tons of sushi places in the area, but Kobe is my favorite, by far. The fish is always very fresh, and the menu is reasonably priced. Delivery is pretty fast, too.

Just ordered for lunch and just a few bites in, I can already say it's spectacular! Got the 3 Rolls Maki Lunch Special and some shrimp tempura and the tempura wasn't soggy like most delivery japanese, it was still crisp. Very highly recommended, and this will now be my go-to sushi spot.

Order from here pretty regularly and has been consistently good. The crunchy rolls are actually crunchy! We're not sushi experts and clearly this isn't super fancy but great for the price and very consistent.

Don't get the vegetable sushi platter. Most (if not all) were uneatable. Pickled carrot? Marinated mushrooms? Don't even ask about the thing on the end (was it worms?). The only thing that was halfway decent was the cucumber roll (a given). Very disappointing. Won't be ordering again.
