Kofoo, Im done with you... 2 hours to bring my cold food? Sorry folks, last time I'll order from here.

The food is good, however the service is horrible. Not only was it a lie that my food would be here in 15-30 (actually it was more like an hour and thirty minutes), KoFoo messed up my order and left out chicken. When we called to let them know, they said we would get a free credit, then sent their delivery man back to my work place in which he came upstair and gave me his phone saying that his boss wanted to speak with me. In my office, I had to speak with KoFoo in which they said maybe my chicken was taken from my soup by a coworker.... really KoFoo? Also, they said they were taking away the credit. The food is not worth the service (nor the delivery tip). I don't recommend ordering this for lunch delivery.

i <3 kofoo! seriously the BEST fast korean in nyc. the kimbobs are sometimes a bit dry but really fantastic soups!

Very solid authentic Korean food. Nothing fancy but close to home cooked as it gets in NYC.i prefer it to any other Korean joint or delivery, especially for the soups

BiBimBob and Baked Tofu arrived cold (like they had been chilling in a fridge for a long time). The BiBimBob didn't have a fried egg on top, and didn't taste good. I don't know about the other items on the menu, but I was disappointed :(.

The Yaki Udon was very tasty. The noodles were perfectly done. The bulgogi (beef) had a nice flavor to it. I would definitely order again.

super fast! Got my food in 17 minutes. Plus the spicy tuna kimbap was perfectly spicy, and kimchi pancakes - though not warm - tasted great. Will order again. :)

Spicy tuna and Avocado Kimbob = canned tuna fish. I ordered b/c I saw it was the most ordered item and love spicy tuna, but this was both disappointing and nasty coming from a real sushi lover.

Very good udon soup and tasty vegetable pancakes. Not sure if they're supposed to be cold?? They were both times I ordered them, but nonetheless very good.
