Kool Bloo (2nd Ave)

I normally love the food from Kool blue, but today i ordered a simple philly cheesesteak with no onions. The 1st sandwich came with no cheese and loaded with onions. I called to complain and the 2nd sandwich came with out onions and again NO CHEESE!!!!! Who orders a cheeseless phillycheese sandwich? Very upsetting, specially for the price.

this place is outstanding, it may look gross, but itis not. It has amazing foods of all sorts, you can literally eat there everyday and never have everything on the menu. But, I must say, the elvis milkshake is THE BOMB. It's my favorite snack and i order one almost everyday, i even have one in the freezer right now that i am saving for later. Katie will probably get one too. I may get another. kool bloo rocks and if you don't get it fast your missing out.

Worst place I have ordered from in NYC: 1. I live 2 blocks away, estimated time 15-30, arrived 55 minutes later. 2. $5 french fries were the size of a McDonalds happy meal french fries and they were terrible 3. Used the cheapest ingredients in all of their food. Chicken was almost black inside, mash potatoes were dry and not worth eating, sandwich was half the size of a normal sandwich and was so bad it was not finished I can keep on going but point is with all of the choices in the city, put this on the bottom of your list.

Very disappointed! This was my first and last time ordering from here. It took over an hour (delivery time was estimated at 15-30 minutes), and my overpriced food arrived cold. The $15 cheeseburger was tough and the cheese was hard and not even melted. The quesadillas were soggy and again the cheese wasnt melted. Save your money !

Food is ok. Not superb, but can't be that picky for a 24 hour place. Delivery is AWEFUL. it took one hour to deliver three dessert items.

I ordered an "entree" labled Greek salad. What I recieved was two slices of cucumber, 3 grape tomatos, 3 pieces of olive, and a table spoon of feta. Not worth the $9.00 charge.

"Mac and cheese" dinner was far from what I expected. The food showed up room temperature with two pieces of american cheese placed on top of the pasta.

Mr Big Burger is gross. medium rare is burnt and dry (and thank god because from the look of it, i would not want to be eating that crap medium rare). $19 (!!!) for a burger as bad as mcdonalds. And 30-45? Try more like an 1hour to 1:15. yuck, once is enough.
