Kool Bloo (Ave A)

customer service is terrible and the people working on the delivery side are incompetent and rude. avoid this place you will only be hungry, angry and unsatisfied. The best possible outcome is that Kool Bloo is forced out of the neighborhood so that a restaurant that actually cares about the residents and consumers it serves might move in.

First time ordering from Kool Bloo. Burgers looked and smelled good but tasted like a salt lick. Seriously, did somebody dump a whole bag of salt into the ground meat? Couldn't even taste the burger. Don't know if it was a mistake or par for the course.

My boyfriend and I ordered sandwiches from Kool Blue in December. I was very happy with my smoked turkey wrap, while he thought his Santa Fe wrap was just decent. Two months later, I decided to order from them again. He didn't love the idea, but he was hungry. I ordered the same smoked turkey wrap because I am a big fan of smoked turkey and honey mustard. He opted for a simple roast turkey sandwich. When our food finally arrived and we were ready to eat, my boyfriend's sandwich was roast beef. Looking back on the order, I thought maybe I had clicked on the wrong item, but it very clearly said "Roast Turkey Sandwich". If not for that mistake, I would have given Kool Bloo 4 stars because I think they're a great place for a simple or interesting wrap. However, that big mistake cost them a star in their rating.

I've been ordering from here since it first open and everythings usually really consistent. The best thing is that they have such a large menu so you can order whatever you're in the mood for--salad, sandwich, pasta, etc. Only complaint is that it's a little on the pricey side. Still the food is really good especially the burgers and fries

The food never showed up. I called for about two hours and the people working were extremly dismissive and told me that the delivery man was only two blocks away (for 2 hours). I wouldnt expect to wait anymore than 45 minutes when the resturant is 9 blocks away.

food is not very good and is way over priced, plus my order took 3 hours!! to come and they won't even give me a free side... there are a million better dinners in the neighborhood with the same food that better and cheaper

delivery estimate said 15 - 30 minutes. after 65 I called to check on my order...they said they had already delivered it and that it was signed for. it wasn't.

I used to love this place and order from them all the time. But the last few times I've ordered it has taken over an hour for the food to arrive. There's really no excuse.

Our food took forever and was really, sub par. The fries were soggy and the falafal platter didn't have any falafal! It was really just a house salad with side of pita bread. I would not order from them again.

the best burger I have ever had from any delivery place. It was huge and certified angus meat. they have such a diverse menu, and so far everything I have had has been really good, you can tell the food is fresh made to order.

Fast, decent comfort food. Delivery was pretty fast. I ordered the gyro lunch special and the fried popcorn chicken. The gyro and fries were good, but for some reason the popcorn chicken pieces were so extremely dried up (like they'd been sitting around since the day before) so as to be completely inedible. Waste of $8.95. Maybe it was an anomoly, but I won't make that ordering mistake again.
