The food at Korea Palace is delicious. The ingredients are fresh and I am always quite pleased with my selections.

I have been looking for this place for well over two decades, since I first tried Mandoo Gook Soup in little Korea and loved it... but now, I can have it with vege dumplings -- and it is better than I remember it! The Ge Tigim (softshell crab) is also outstanding as is the Jab Chae (glass noodles) -- these folks do it right and are well worth the price for my money.

I am so disappointed with this place. This place is getting worse and worse like some people said. The delivery is very slow and the food is cold by the time I get it, and this has been happened 4 times in a roll. They do not follow instructions and they forgets items on the order. I will not order from this place ever again after giving them 4 chances.

Delivery is very slow. The website said 45 minutes but it took an hour and a half.

Do not order from here. As someonwh who is Korean, I am embarrased for this restaurant. TThe food is undercooked. Barely came with any rice, and the banchan is poor at best. When I called after a 1hr wait to find out why the quality was so poor, they had very little remorse and barely anything to say. I'd rather eat Korean from Dukes Cafe anyday.

FANTASTIC bibimbap! Even though it (obviously) couldn't come in a hot pot when I ordered delivery, there was still some crunchy rice in it! They had clearly made it the right way even though I wasn't eating it in the hot pot itself. Great hot sauce too. It also came with free starters.

Total rip-off. Outrageous that they charge $13.00 for soup that is supposed to feature pork and came delivered without one single piece of pork in the soup. When I called to let them know that I didn't get any pork, all they said was "Oh, sorry about that." Yeah, thanks. Won't order from here again.

Delivery took over an hour and half while Seamless had estimated delivery time of 30 - 45 min. Called after an hour and got a response that it will be another 10 min becuase the bike broke. I got my food after another half an hour from the call made. I was about to call and cancel the order when I got my food. Given that I ordered sushi in a 90 degree weather, I tossed the sushi order. If you knew that the delivery would be late, the least you could have done was to call me and ask if I still wanted it. I know it's not the delivery guy's fault, but i wouldn't have tipped over 15% if I knew that it would take more than twice longer than quoted.

I don't know who owns this restaurant, or who cooked my food, but this place has the worst Korean food in NYC. I ordered the Kalbi lunch which consisted of a little round thing of rice, 3 california rolls, some undercooked pieces of Kalbi, salad, and some fried veggies. The Kalbi was disgusting! I can't comment on the salad because I don't like salads with my Korean food. Bizarre. The Seafood Pa Jun (easiest item to make) was disgusting. The only reason I ate my food was because I was hungry. This is the second time that I have ordered from this restaurant and nothing has changed. The food is awful. I work in Midtown and I wanted Korean food. Next time I will travel to Koreatown to get real Korean food. I have to assume that the food is better if you go to the restaurant instead of having it delivered.
