Kos Sushi (3rd Avenue)

They said 15-30 min, but it took an hour. The fish was just ok, and it looked like they cut it with a butter knife. The portions aren't large, but I've seen smaller. There are definitely better sushi places in the area and I won't be ordering from them again.

My favorite sushi place!!It takes a little longer to get food sometimes, b c I don't live that close to the restaurant , but it's worth the wait :)

So I am a complete moron and ordered from Kos to my apartment in NoLita instead of my office in Midtown during a driving rainstorm. They called and got my office address and were here w/in 30 mins. Amazing. Oh, and the food is excellent too. I order from here 2-3x/wk.

I LOVE Kos. It's so good. SO good. Their peanut avocado roll is SO GOOD. They don't have the best bubble tea, I have to say, but their sushi is amazing.

Sushi is not that bad - but they try to stuff as much as they can in the smallest containers. By then, if you order a couple of rolls, they have all become one.

good quality fish and perfect spicy yellowtail roll. salmon lunch combo was small but fresh and flavorful. they were also nice enough to comply with my request for extra ginger. would order from here again for sure.

Updating my review - the last 2 times I ordered from here the spicy tuna rolls were tiny and haphazardly rolled - and there were scales in the roll. Yuck.

I didn't like the beef negimaki. The side dishes it came with were good, but I wouldn't order this particular dish again.
