La Mia Pizza

Definitely a good value for the money that a large pie costs just not the best quality pizza on the UES - dough was chewy, cheese wasn't very tasty and most unforgivingly the prosciutto was terrible quality.

Go-to pizza delivery on the UES. Simple and delicious. Delivery times are in line with what the estimate says. Wish there was an easier way to order half topping pizza though.

Great Gluten Free pizza! It's obviously a frozen premade packaged crust- but the toppings are yummy!

Great pizza. Lasagna is so good it's addicting. Also huge fan of chicken tortellini primavera. One of my go to places when I order on seamless.

Have ordered the Grandma's Pie twice now. Both times it was very good. It is even better the next day reheated. A whole lot of Pizza (the large is large).

They delivered 3 pies, knots, and 12 cannolis to a bunch of nurses on Thansgiving evening at 1am. Everything was hot and delicious, even though it came from more than 10 blocks away. We are still talking about how good it was. Thank you La Mia!

Pizza has always arrived hot and on time for me.They offer GLUTEN FREE pizza, which is a major plus. And, it's a pretty big pie to be called "mini". In terms of regular pies, I think the basic peperroni is fine, but when I've ordered others with more toppings the dough is mushy and pizza arrives kinda wet. Note: this is my sister's favorite pizza place, so it's always a matter of taste (and she always eats peperonni pizza).

The pizza was nothing memorable, and the lasagna while messy was surprisingly average. It was nice to try but I would not order here again.

The place is FABULOUS. Delivery takes the expected amount of time, and this is the best pizza we have found on the upper east side. Some nights are superb, and others they must be busy, (or there is one especially sensitive guy and we notice when he is working) - Truly an excellent experience though - and we have ordered sometimes 3x per week when working hard. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The pizza here is blah....Like eating paper with loads of cheese on it. The flavor of the pizza sauce is a reliable indicator of the quality of a pizza joint. There was not only a shortage of sauce, but the flavor was lackluster. If you're looking for good New York pizza, this isn't it.

the eggplant pizza was awesome. yummy whole wheat pizza with the low fat cheese. pretty good eggplant parm. delivery time was accurate.

Chicken wings were undercooked, pizza arrived cold and undercooked and did not reheat well. Buffalo sauce didn't taste right, and the pizza tasted like cardboard.

Great in-store pizza. A lot of places here on the UES focus only on their in-store, and neglect the delivery quality. Not La Mia. I've been ordering from here for probably close to ten years, and the pizza is consistently excellent. Toppings are always fresh and good quality; the cheese is never falling off the pie; it's always cooked to (or near) perfect; perfect sauce to cheese ratio; sauce itself not too sweet but sweet enough. Definitely my go-to spot for solid, well-priced delivery.
