La Taverna

This place used to be great - I like being able to add chopped garlic to my pizza. But unfortunately the delivery service has degraded. My last order took 2h10m to arrive, and the one before that took over 90 minutes. I don't think I'll be ordering from La Taverna again, which is a shame.

This place is fantastic- we have never had a bad delivery. Pizza is the best available in Long Island City and the pasta is delicious.

Extremely mediocre if not below. With Tuttobene's so close by and equally as cheap with bigger portions and better food, I see no reason ever to order from there again.

We love this place, i mean if you're looking for fabulous gourmet italian food, don't eat in green point. This is good comfort food-- hearty pasta dishes, things that fill you up and the preparation is solid. Its fast delivery, tasty food, and if you eat there, great customer service. The best dishes in my opinion are the spaghetti carbonara, the linguine with clam sauce and the linguine frutti di mare. They have great seafood here, and its so inexpensive! The clam sauce comes with over a dozen clams in the shell, so you know they were fresh! Their calamari is good too. Tip: order here for lunch, its insanely cheap and you get a salad or soup-- my recommendation is to get the tomato soup-- delish.

Order was missing an item, delievered 1 hour 20 mins after order was placed, not the 30-45mins that they say. Food dishes were squished and was leaking out. Portions were small, but good. Too many negatives. Dine in but do not order out from this place.

The Chicken Kabob is my favorite! The chicken is always really juicy and the veggies and rice are delish! The spaghetti and meatballs is pretty basic.. They are super quick with delivery too!

Solid Italian take-out/delivery. The pasta is pretty good, and the stuffed pork was tasty. The soup was a little bland. But I'd definitely order from here again.

Worst delivery in Greenpoint. I waited almost 2 hours for the order, had to call twice only to get attitude from the manager and finally received a cold, tasteless pizza.

Cheap greasy cheese, flavorless sauce and mediocre crust. This is might be one of the most disappointing pizzas we have had in NYC. F.Y.I. The Margherita is clearly the regular cheese with a few sprigs of basil.
