Landmarc at the Time Warner Center

LOVE Landmarc. Definitely better to eat inside for best experience. Little on pricey side, small meat portions(taking my words back...never can finish full portion lately lol, so size is good[added on Jan 11, 2013]), BUT my meats were always done great. Medium rare were medium rare exactly the way i like it. And steaks are very soft and nice. Hard to find such good preparation in the city. Foie gra very good, goat cheese profiteroles soooo good. Got once some onion sous instead of Bearnaise on delivery, but was also good, so no complains;) I like all foods here, not sure what people find not good...

Landmarc charges big prices for small quantities of food. So the food ought to at least be of high quality, and the staff attentive to what they send out the door. Strike 1 happened when I ordered a nicoise salad and the greens were wilted and brown throughout. Strike 2 happened when I ordered the striped bass and received the salmon instead. When I'm paying over $37 (including tax and tip) for just one menu item, you better at least send me the right menu item. On top of that, the dish consisted of a modest portion of fish atop a mound of root vegetables and what could only fairly be described as a puddle of butter soup. I have had a couple fairly good meals through Seamless from this restaurant, and wish it could be more consistent. At this point I'm not sure if I'm going to subject myself to Strike 3. Get your act together, Landmarc, 'cause if you did you could be really good.

You would think Landmarc would have better delivery service given how good the food is when eaten at the restaurant. My 7 months pregnant wife and I decided to try ordering in. Big mistake. It took 60 minutes (instead of the initial 15-30 estimate and the 30-45 email estimate) for the food to come, and we only live six blocks away. It arrived soggy and barely lukewarm. I would recommend that you try eating in the restaurant instead and that Landmarc either abandon or vastly improve its delivery service.

Love Landmarc! Great bar scene and really tasty foods. This is the only place in the area that is even relatively cheap for a late snack. The desserts are small and fun, and the burgers is easily one of the best in the city.

Order from here from home and work often. We also eat at the restaurant a lot as well. Always have great food no matter what you order. We take friends and family in from out of town as there is something for everyone. Delivery is prompt and always professional/friendly delivery men. Tonight we ordered out favorite steak salad, minor things wrong upon delivery, and so called... the problem was fixed with in 20 minutes they returned to make order right. Very nice manager and was so accomodating. I hated to complain but the dinner just wouldn't have been complete.... the manager and delivery staff provided excellent service even though we were just delivery customers tonight. Order or eat in here and you will have excellent food and service.

The worst Salade Nicoise I have ever had. The tuna must have been grilled days ago, the anchovies were grey, the potatoes raw and the tomatoes watery and mushy. Would never order again. Never.

The sweetbreads arrived tough and tasted terrible even the string beans that came with it. I think they forgot to season with salt. Also, they did not seal the contained with the mussels and the sauce leaked all out when I pulled out the order--what a mess.
