driver was lost for about 20 minutes past estimated delivery time, then complained about parking wanted to meet curbside. was told a restaurant employee during a call while delivery was in progress that drivers getting lost is not management's problem. The pizza was pretty cold too. Ledo's is usually trouble free

This is my go-to delivery spot. Ledo Pizza has been around for years, decades maybe, and the square-cut pizza with a buttery crust and light, sweet tomato sauce is always delicious. The salads and entrees are great, too.

Pizza looks like something you would buy in the frozen food section, toasted ravioli was soggy, and they took longer than the 25-40 min time frame. I've ordered from here before and the pizza was subpar then as well. I would try another place or different cuisine.

I place an order above the minimum amount for delivery and left a 10% tip, but to my surprise I received a call from the restaurant 10 mins later stating they will not delivery for too little an order and a tip. Please think twice before placing an order with Ledo's pizza, they don't deserve your business if they can't even adhere to their own requirements for sevice.
