It is now 10:31AM and i have yet you receive my food. I ordered this order ahead of time so i would have breakfast by 10AM. I love Lennys food but apparently ordering ahead of time is not at all as accurate as ordering ASAP orders.

I've always enjoyed Lenny's and order from there often enough. I do pay this odd delivery fee due to the fact that I like the food, variety and their cappuccino. Today, however, although they are listed on Seamless as open for delivery, I ordered my meal and about 20 minutes later received a phone call saying "due to weather conditions", they cannot deliver. I like 2 blocks away! There is very little snow on the ground, too. Unreal!

I recently had Lenny's Cafe breakfast for the first time. I would definitely recommend avoiding the breakfast platter. Undercooked bacon. Overcooked eggs. Terrible hash browns. Also, I should note that the tiny $ 3 overpriced OJ was not worth it. Best part of the breakfast was the toast and the chocolate chip muffin. Stick with the sandwiches at Lenny's.

I was a patron of Lenny's for many years. Loved the over-stuffed sandwiches. But the last two times I ordered from Lenny's the sandwiches were half the size they once were. Cutting back on quality is generally a poor idea ... penny rich and pound foolish. Bye

I admit that the food is usually very good, BUT, it has NEVER arrived correctly the first time. I have ordered from Lenny's about 5-6 times and I always have to call up to say, "there's no gravy"..."where's the side order that I paid for?"....I ordered this flavor and not that one...etc. It's in black and white clearly written and they never get it right. This was the last time for me.

Why do they NEVER EVER have mashed potatoes or Mac and Cheese on weekends??? It's always one or the other that they don't have. Take it off the menu on the weekend if you don't have it or put a disclaimer that these items are not available on weekends. This is clearly a consistent problem, management, so deal with it. Done with this place! Done, done, done...not worth the delivery fee they charge that no one else does. Too many other options that are better than you, Lennys!

I've never been disappointed when visiting the physical location, but I recently ordered delivery from them and they called me at the estimated delivery time to tell me they had none of the food I had purchased. Incredibly disappointing.

Pretty fast delivery and great sandwiches but i've only gotten the correct order one time. They would be better off just having one button which randomly creates a sandwich because that is how they treat Seamless orders.

Takes over an HOUR to get a few bagels and juice delivered. The order is always wrong and the delivery person is always rude. Coffee is always hot and prepared wrong.

love the food! everything there is amazing. however, they charge a delivery fee (which is very strange in manhattan) and the food takes a lot longer than the estimate to arrive. if you aren't starving, this is definitely worth ordering from!

WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered 1 sandwich + 1 soda, and I live 4 blocks away, but it somehow took over an hour to deliver. Keep in mind that this place charges a $1 delivery fee (which doesn't go to the delivery worker) for some reason. I guess you pay for the extra time it takes for your food to get to you. Ridiculous. Oh, and they called to let me know they were out of Grape Soda - but it turned out that they actually only had 2 out of the 8 different kinds of soda to choose from. There are too many other places, run by competent hard-working people, in NYC to waste your business on this place!!!
