Lenny's

I recently order for delivery and set the time at least 3 hours in advanced. Thirty minutes after the 11AM delivery had not arrived I called Lenny's and they claimed it was on it's way. Twenty minutes after that I called for an ETA they admitted that it hadn't left the kitchen. I had them cancel my order and just today I noticed I was still charged. So annoyed!!!!

Lenny's has consistently GREAT sandwiches. The spicy grilled chicken sandwich on a Hero is my fav. Never disappoints and always fast delivery in the FiDi. About the only thing I don't like us that their omelette are not available after noon. What's so hard about making omelette in the afternoon :(

I have ordered from Lenny's a dozen times or more. They warn you deliver is 25-40 minutes and it is always 40, never 25 - but, worse, my breakfast is always cold. The food itself would be great if hot or even lukewarm.

It is not worth ordering delivery from for the Lenny's on John Street. Delivery usually takes more than twice the estimated delivery time, and they routinely screw up the order. It's happened several times to me, and when I've called to complain, the person who answers clearly could care less.

Lenny's product freshness comes trough in their perfectly sized and priced sandwiches, a feature that distinguish them from the competition around. Lenny's combo #1 is my favorite as it combines different flavors and textures.

Food delivered on time. We ordered 2 sandwiches (#1 Lenny`s Combo Sandwich and #S2 Chicken Salad Sandwich). Both sandwiches were good. Would recommend this place and will definitely considering ordering from Lenny's again. Only complaint would be the $1 delivery charge that they add to your bill (don't understand why they add this especially because all the other places on Seamless Web don't charge for delivery - that's why I give them 4 out of 5 stars).

Lenny's is hands down the BEST Sandwich deli in the FiDi.. it's my go to spot. Never had a bad order. Always fresh and delish!

The food is fine, just like any other Lenny's but the delivery is very, very slow. My first order took over an hour, the second order never went out, they thought I was picking up. Total disaster. Too bad too because I like Lenny's sandwiches.

It took them 30 minutes longer than the estimate to deliver egg whites on a roll, coffee and bacon...and when the food did get here it was cold and there was an egg shell in my egg whites. I will not be ordering from Lenny's again.

Its Lenny's, most likely you've eaten here once before. The delivery service was great. My thanksgiving sandwich on a hero was great. 4 stars cuz theres nothing so amazing that it deserves 5.

Lenny's has the best sandwiches in NYC!!! Bread is always nice and soft, meat and vegetables always fresh and the quality never changes!! I order from you guys all the time for lunch, keep up the good work!!!!!!

Fresh, tasty ingredients. But Lenny's get 4 stars out of 5 for their slow delivery. (We've ordered multiple times for tossed salad, panini, sandwich, breakfast, and dessert...) Generous portions for sandwiches and other stuff, though smaller portions for the salads. Their yogurt parfait is low-fat, though it isn't listed on the menu... and the parfait is HUGE and fills my belly full! They're prepared with little graham pieces and fresh fruits and nuts... you can never go wrong with them!

Always great! With so much iffy service and questionable food quality to some of the other places on seemless I find myself ordering Lennys all the time, and the breakfasts are amazing!
