This used to be my favorite spot for a breakfast order (good bagels and bialys and tofu cream cheese to boot!) Service lately has suffered. Twice this week, my order was incorrect and one of those times, it was very very late. If service was more reliable, this place would be perfect.

Leo's offers the best bagels & coffee in the financial district - hands down - even when the delivery time is long (often) or when orders get messed up in store (rarely). Try their cafe au lait and overeasy egg sandwich. Fantastic!

Good, fresh bagels. Waldorf chicken salad and other spreads (olive cc, veggie cc, lox cc) are good, too.

Great bagels, fast delivery. Bagel could have been toasted a little bit more (I was unsure of if it was even toasted at all) but that didn't detract from how delicious it was!

Fantastic bagels, even when delivered! Leo's has a great selection of spreads, bagels (including whole wheat everything!), and smoked fish. Delivery times can vary but always under an hour. That's still better than waiting in a line that snakes around the block on a cold Sunday morning.

I don't understand how they continue to make the same mistakes. Ordered a pastrami sandwich and I was given the egg and pastrami version... I am going to open my own bagel place in the neighborhood, because this is getting old. I hope management reads these comments Leo's- What happened to you?

Living in the Financial District certainly has its benefits. We’re steps from the Seaport, Stone Street, Freedom Tower and a vast plethora of other unique offerings. However, there are some sacrifices to be made. For instance, the lack of delicious bagels. In fact, even mediocre bagels are hard to come by. I was just days from giving up all hope on the neighborhood I’ve otherwise fallen in love with when Leo’s appeared in my Seamless search. Could it be true? Is it possible? I managed my expectations as I clicked the Order button. After all, I’d been hurt too many times before. Minutes later, that iconic brown paper bag appeared at my door and little did I know its contents would forever change my weekends as a Downtown resident. The first bite, unforgettable. Each subsequent bite better than the last. Perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh and unrealistically tasty. I was in disbelief of what was happening before me—perhaps the greatest food satisfaction I've experienced in months, heck years. My Saturday and Sunday mornings are now spoken for and they belong to Leo. Until this weekend, my love…

Food came immediately. They got my order mixed up (vegetable cream cheese on both bagels vs one) but it was still pretty good. They didn't include one of the four dollar juices I paid for either...

I have been ordering from Leo's for three years. Each time I order, the amount of shmear lessens. Is it because I order the bagel scooped out? Less bread, less schmear? So today I ordered the bagel whole - not to my surprise - the amount of spread received should have been the amount of spread in one bite.

Usually we're pretty happy with Leo's. on this occasion, we were delivered sour milk, half as much OJ as we ordered, bitter coffee, and a BREAKFAST sandwich with honey mustard on it. Get it together, Leo.

I ordered from Leo's because I have gotten bagels to go from the place before and they are quite good - but I had more than a few issues with the delivery. 1. I waited 75 minutes for a bagel and I live down the street. 2. The $12 minimum is a bit outlandish for a bagel place. 3. They did not toast my bagel, even though I requested it to be toasted. 4. I ordered an orange juice and coffee (hey, had to meet that minimum somehow!) and when they arrived almost half of the orange juice had spilled into the bag! The coffee was also spilling from the brim! 5. They didn't even give me a straw so that I could drink the juice, even though I said I needed condiments! Not good!

Leo's not only has great food, their staff is one of the few places that can handle long lines with grace. From the person who takes your order, to the person who rings you up, to the person who gives you your food and/or coffee -- each person knows who you are and what your order was. It always impresses me. We stop by in person more often than we deliver, though we've never had any problems with delivery through Seamless.
