Delivery does take a bit longer than most places but in this case I honestly don't care. Librettos is the best Italian delivery around and the wings are incredible. Not only are they some of the best I've tried anywhere, this place also provides a separate container filled with carrots and celery and you get two big servings of dressing which I definitely appreciate since most places will just toss in one tiny Kens blue cheese or something which is ridiculous for 12 wings. The pasta is great, the entrees are great, the heros are great, the pizza is great, etc etc. You can order anything on the menu with confidence that it's seriously good food, and the helpings are generous.

Libretto's has been my choice of pizza places since i've lived in Murray Hill. They occasionally have spotty quality, but overall the beat place in the neighborhood. The house salad is very good, chicken parm, meatballs, and of course the pizza. I do not know another pizza place in the neighborhood as good (for traditional pizza).

Libretto's is AWESOME! I have been highly disappointed with the pizza in the neighborhood since moving to Murray Hill. After almost 4 months I still had not found a good pizza place - then BAM! Tonight I tried Libretto's and it is the one, and so far the only, really really great pizza in the area. BTW they have a 10 inch personal that is just large enough to satisfy and just small enough to leave you wanting more.

Libretto's makes very good pizza, but I am giving them only 2 stars for this order because they did not bother to follow my instructions, which were "light on cheese, with more sauce." i am commenting because this is the second time this has happened. If you make any special requests, I would suggest following up with a phone call.

I will never order from Libretto's again. My order was more than 10 minutes late- so I called to see if it had been delivered yet- and was placed on hold for 5 minutes before being told that my order had not been made yet and would be another 20 minutes. What poor customer service. All I got was a 'sorry.'

Libretto's used to be my favorite pizza place and was the only place in the neighborhood that I ordered from. Unfortunately, after my last few orders, I will never be ordering from Libretto's again. The place has gone way downhill with both the quality of their pizzas and their service and I'll be forced to find a new go-to pizza place. The last three times I've ordered from Libretto's, the pizza has been watery and undercooked. The toppings used to be delicious, but now they look like they've been sitting on a counter for days. Vegetables are wilted and the meats taste funny. i've also noticed that they no longer do the little things, like include paper plates and parmesean cheese with the orders. The serving sizes of items like salads are much smaller than they used to be. This last time I ordered, the pizza was gross, and the salad barely filled half of the container. On top of everything, they didn't include parmesean cheese or spices with my pizza. When I called to complain (which I'd never done before), the manager told me that they were too busy to worry about the size of my salad or quality of my pizza. He told me that I shouldn't expect spices and cheese with my pizza and that it was simply a courtesy for them to include those in past orders. When i asked if it would be possible for him to send a full-size salad or credit my order, he told me that he was too busy to deal with it. It's nice to see that Libretto's rewards their loyal customers with shoddy service, poor quality and lots of attitude. Guess I'll start sending my business to Pizza 33 or one of the other 20+ pizza places in the neighborhood.

The delivery took over an hour. They didn't provide silverware or napkins even though it was requested. All food was stuffed in one small container, even though they were part of separate meals... My chicken was VERY undercooked. Had to throw it out along with everything else because it was all in the same container.

I've ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic knots several times with good results. The food arrived quickly in just about 30 minutes on three occasions and was temperature-appropriate. All in all a good experience. Not the best pizza in the city or anything, but certainly tasty on a cold rainy night. Good thin crust if you like that sort of thing!

The pizza was bland, and tasted vaguely fishy (a sign of sub-par vegetables). The delivery didn't take that long, but they also forgot the garlic knots. Overall: not very good.

i had to walk to the restaurant to pick up my food because the delivery man was too lazy to step into the building and have the doorman call my office. the floor i work on and my name were CLEARLY on the order, but just because my phone was off...they couldnt make the extra effort to do their job and deliver my food.

quick delivery. Food was just not to my taste and not very well prepared. I threw out much of what I ordered.

Pizza was too cold due to a long delivery time but the toppings were very fresh and homemade. Pretty expensive as compare to the size of the whole pizza.
