Very standard American Chineese food. Not to greasy (not without grease either). Price is a little high but I think it's the best in the neighborhood for this "class" of Chineese. Gets here hot and fast with an occasional (1-3 times?) lost delivery guy/order. After sampling the offerings in this neighborhood/delivery zone i've always come back to Lichee Nut, so far anyway.

food is okay, better than other options in the area, but we wait SO LONG for delivery. seriously, i placed an order an hour and half ago and still no food! i've called twice and been told he just left...so where is he? i'd like to just cancel the order but i'm starving! and this has happened before. this will be the last time i order from lichee nut.

Lichee Nut delivers very quickly within the brooklyn heights neighborhood. You'll pay slightly more than for a cheap chinese food, but get better quality in return. I especially like their chicken with hot peppers dish.

Lichee Nut is a great neighborhood chinese spot. The food usually arrives quickly and the orders are always correct. Love the veggie dumplings and lo mein. Standard NYC chinese takeout done very well.

I'm new to the area and ordered from Lichee Nut twice in a week now - I love their fried rice, lemon chicken, chow fun noodles - everything is delicious. They have quick delivery too.

This used to be great. I would have given it 4 or even 5, but the last two times I've ordered something has been wrong. Not white instead of brown rice or something small like that. First it was chicken instead of tofu, and today it was peas and shrimp instead of pea and cashews. In a house with two vegetarians, receiving meat when you ordered veggies is downright disgusting.

Fast, friendly delivery. Good food, arrived hot. Vegetables were fresh, not overcooked. I took away a star because I always wish there were more vegetables in vegetable lo mein. A good American style-Chinese food option for this area.

Don't order from these guys during lunch. Or ever. I've ordered from them for dinner over the past 3 years. Today, I ordered through Seamless but didn't get a confirmation after 30 minutes. When I called, they acted like I was a nuisance for inquiring about my order. They told me I should have called them to place my order instead, and that it would be another 20 minutes. When I pointed out that I couldn't have been expected to know that when they were clearly available on Seamless, the manager grabbed the phone and told me that he didn't have time to talk to me and "Do you want your order or not?!! It's a simple question." No, thanks. Not ever again.
