This was my first time ordering from Lilli and Loo and it was disappointing. I placed an order for a 6:15 delivery but it didn't get there until 6:45. When the delivery got there, I had to spend 5 minutes telling him I paid with a credit card online--chances that he understood anything that I said was slim. The lettuce wraps were good but the shrimp pad thai was totally bland. I won't be ordering from here again.

I used Seamless Web over my past 2 places of employment and have my LIlli & Loos order on Save. General Chicken, Jazmine (White Rice) and Bubble Tea... DELICIOUS! Great for when you leave your wallet at home by accident! CC on Save!

Can't hate a place that satisfies my bf's Chinese craving while also satisfying my picky sushi cravings! Love this place in or delivery. Just a tad pricey for delivery.

Per a previous reviewer, bad attitude from the delivery guy. Two minutes after calling me the first time he rang again to ask if I was coming or not! As I was getting into the elevator.... Will not be ordering here again. Food had lots of MSG, could barely touch it.

The fact that they have a gluten free menu is AMAZING. I have a strict gluten 'allergy' (celiacs) and have never had a bad reaction from their food. Major points in my book. Unfortunately their food can be hit or miss. I always order their Gluten-free Pad Thai. Its great when I order it for lunch.. but sometimes when I order it for dinner its.. tasteless. I wonder if it just depends on who is cooking at that time?!

GLUTEN FREE MENU! Love this place. Wish they delivered farther. Everything is always good, fresh, and hot. They honor special requests and call if a problem. Worth the money.

General Tzo's chicken is an easy standard at most Chinese restaurants, however I do have to say this is the worst I've ever had. I'm not even sure if it was chicken, seriously. The lunch special came with with a choice of soup, I opted for Wonton. I literally got one Wonton in my soup. The best part of this whole order was the delivery time. Oh and the delivery guy was rude, I thought I would save him the walk up my stairs and meet him downstairs. Maybe he didn't speak English, but when someone says Thank You you should respond with a "You're Welcome". He was more concerned with looking at my signature. I should have made the jerk walk up my four flights of stairs. It's no wonder they offer 20% off your order. Save yourself the frustration order somewhere else. Had I known the food and service was going to be this bad, I would've just thrown $10 in the garbage. Because that is where all that crappy food went and I'm still hungry!!!

I ordered from this restaurant twice in one day. The food was fine but the delivery person yelled at me in the reception area of my firm telling me "Next time give 10% tip." I was unaware that a tip was mandatory. If he's lucky, I won't sue him for harassment.

Best pork dumplings on the Upper East Side. At times a bit greasy but by far the best. Worth the price and super filling.
