I am pleasantly surprised by Lilly O'Brien's. The food is great- the caesar wrap with fries is yummy, they have awesome mozz. sticks, and the food is consistent. I love that they have steak tip bits, I rarely see it on a menu. The steak quality is pretty good. Fast delivery. Pretty good pub fare.

I've now ordered from here at least once a week for the last couple of months. I think all the bad reviews are about old management or something because this place is amazing. Their delivery is always faster than the estimated time and I haven't been anything but really happy with their food quality. Their apple pie specifically is the best in this neighborhood.

Decent food, but it's 1 hour and 25 minutes after I placed my order and the food still has not arrived. The estimated delivery time was 15 to 30 minutes. Just got off the phone with them and supposedly it's on it's way (and by the way, not even an apology for it taking so long). I'll think twice before ordering from here again.

Their food has been consistently good, but they really need to work on the packaging (things leak out of the not-very-tightly-sealed aluminum pans with cardboard lids, and it's always cold and needing to be nuked when it gets here). If they can get better packaging and a way to keep it warmer en route, they'd be in great shape.
