Line Bagels

I really enjoy the breakfast and lunch items from line bagels. The bagels are delicious and I often get the create your own salad for lunch. However, I find the service to be spotty. I'd say 45% of the time something is missing or wrong with my order. Luckily I live super close so it doesn't take too much time to rectify. But if I lived more than 3 blocks away I would be really unhappy. And when I call to ask that they fix something that is wrong, they usually aren't the friendliest on the phone. This would definitely be a 4 star rating if they could just work on their customer service!

I order from Line Bagels all the time. They are not culinary geniuses. They are not where I go when I'm looking for something mind blowing. But they ARE perfect at what they do--basic deli food, decent deli coffee, quick salads and sandwiches. I order breakfast often and I order lunch a lot--love their uber-salty chicken teryaki wrap and their various tuna and chicken salads.

Ordered some bagels and cream cheese.... Kind of hard to screw that up, right? "Light" cream cheese doesn't even describe the dusting of cream cheese they put on the bagel. Nonexistent... That describes it.

What I ordered: Hard boiled eggs with olive oil and zaatar, bacon, black coffee, bottle of seltzer. What I got: Hard boiled eggs with olive oil and zaatar ON A BAGEL. Bacon. COFFEE WITH MILK. CAN OF SELTZER. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was particularly upset with the bagel. How can you fail to mention that on your order form? If you don't have bottles of seltzer, don't offer them. Also, don't disrespect your customer or the coffee with milk. I guess at least there wasn't sugar in it and the bacon was crispy?

While I normally order breakfast from line without hesitation on sat/sun morning, today's events resulted in the addition of a considerable amount of doubt for the future. The delivery took over an hour and as a result my food was ice cold. In addition, they didn't bother to tape the straw hole of my beverage cover so I was left with a soggy bag of iced coffee. I hope this was just a one off as I do normally order without incident.

The bagels are good, but nothing particularly special, they have all the stuff a bagel deli should have, including pretty good smoothies and coffee, but then - well, then they have really really awesome tacos and tamales and nachos, which nobody really knows about. I go in for bagels and smoothies in the mornings during the week, and tacos and tamales on the weekends.

Every time we order from here our food takes over the est. delivery time. If you order iced coffee or coffee it spills all over everything, your food to be soaked in it.

Ordered on seamless. Ordered four egg sandwiches and every single one was done wrong. Got charged .50 per sandwich for egg whites that we didn't get, and when I pointed all of this out, the reaction was basically, "too bad". Expressed no accountability or apology for screwing it up.

The food is always good from here. We order from here at least once a week. When we ordered over the phone, they would get it wrong a lot. With the number of modifications that we make to the menu items, I do not hold that against them. Hopefully Seamless Web will change that. Love these guys, they are always very nice.
