Little Vincent's Pizza

Just finished a disappointing phone call with the manager. I called to complain that the $8.00 side order of sausage they delivered was the same sliced sausage they put on their pizza and the manager explained "that is how we always do it." I was once a fan of Little Vincent's, but now I realize they have no standards or care when a customer is disappointment with their food. Nonna is spinning in her grave right now and my sliced sausages are spinning in the trash compactor.

Rudest staff, subpar food. There are much better places to eat on the UES in this area for pizza/italian. They let my order sit in the restaurant for delivery.

I ordered a meatball parmigian hero. The meat was unedible and a mystery meat. There was hardly any cheese at all.

ordered heros and salad from this place. the salad was completely brown and roted. when we called the restaurant, the owner gave us a really hard time and refused to credit us the $4.00 or so that we paid for the salad. We told him we wouldn't order from him again unless he credited us the amount and he said that's fine. Really bad attitude and customer service. would not recommend this place at all.
