Lucky's Famous Burgers (23rd St)

Gone downhill. They left the avocado off my burger (for which I paid the $1.50) and the mayo. Everything was cold, and the fries were limp. UPDATE: Ordered a again and this time they left off the jalapeno. I'm done.

So far so good, been ordering from them at least once a week for the past month or so and the burgers are juice and delicious! They did mess up my order once, missed 3 orders of fries. But it's OK, they were friendly and fixed it right away.

Cheese fries were AMAZING. Lucky's sauce was also phenomenal. Chicken sandwich was good, but not great. I picked up my order & the guys working were really nice. I'd definitely order from here again, but I'd probably try a burger or something they're better known for than the chicken sandwich.

This place is great for cheap great little fast food burgers. Pretty greasy but none the less worth it at this place.

Delicious and consistent. Burgers have great flavor and they always get the order right. Also, this is one of the only places that actually manages to deliver fries piping hot and still crispy.

Food arrived ice cold. The fries were practically raw and very greasy and the burger was flavorless, under dressed and the bun looked like someone had stepped on it. Never again! I gave them a second try after getting a call from the manager. (I was impressed by the hands on customer service!) The service was faster and the food did arrive hot. I guess I'm just not a fan of krinkle cut fries.

I've ordered twice and had fast deliveries of good food at great temperatures. And their onion rings are the best around, beating out other burger places as well as diners by a long stretch.
