Luu's Baguette

The service is always pleasant and fast. They hardly ever take as long as they estimate, but then again, I live next door so I usually order for pick up. The pho is always fresh with the most thinly sliced beef. The bahn mi is always on a fresh baguette, crusty and flaky outside, chewy and soft inside...with a great mix of pickled veggies and your meat of choice. I probably go way too often.

I love Luu's! Luu's is pretty consistent with their food, from Bahn Mi to Pho, and they have a really friendly staff. I wanted to post a review today because I received the wrong sandwich in a delivery. Initially annoyed, I called to remedy the switch. After a brief wait, they were able to redeliver the right sandwich. They were very friendly over the phone and apologetic. Thanks Luu's!

The baguette is so good. I really liked the shrimp bah mihn, but I'm not that much of a fan of the bbq pork (it's a little too greasy). But overall, I would keep ordering from here.

Damn good banh mi, not perfect but excellent vegetables and a great size. Quick and fast delivery, will definitely order again.

This place is one of the best delivery restaurants in NYC. Everything is fresh, portions are in line with the price, people are nice. Honestly, I don't understand how anyone could give these people a negative review.

Banh Mi sandwich was not good - fatty chicken, stale bun, both cold. And their delivery window was a gross underestimate - arrived nearly an hour late.

OMG! So good. I got the Ban Mi Chay lunch special with the chrysanthemum vitasoy. This sandwich is so good. I don't really know what to say about it. I ordered pick up and it was ready when I got there (during the promised time frame).

I ordered the Vietnamese chicken sandwich and the sandwich could have used more flavor/ hot sauce and some mint leaves. Pineapple cake was good though
