Service is ridiculously slow - over an hour for delivery (inside Manhattan), calling the restaurant does not help as they just say "it will be there any moment" and then it's not. The food is okay but the service via Seamless has been very poor.

Food taste is good or might have to say OK, because there aren't many choices for south indian options in seamless, espicially for MID/UP Town customers The Dosa's or OK, but the rice items are not good Coming to service, I have to say worst. Never on time. And in one instance they have sent me the Idly and forgot to send Rasam for Idly with Rasam order I have ordered @ 8:20PM and called them at 9:10PM, I was told that the delivery guy is on the way. It was 9:40PM right now and still didn't get the order I can understand the issues/busy on friday night, but why take an order that you can't serve in time or give wrong information to the customer that the person is on his way. I'm not trying to be hard with them, and frankly I want them to be there in the seamless as they are the only true south Indian option for MID/UP town, but they have to improve a lot it terms of service and first thing stop lying And this advise is as friend..........

Delivery takes a little bit longer than specified but the wait it totally worth it. The food is delicious and is made with love and care each one of my tailormade additional instructions is taken care of every single time. Love the people and the food.

Extremely Poor Restaurant. Do not order from here. They say they will deliver in 30-45 minutes but they take two hours. Only order if you have nothing better to do than wait around..

Their estimated delivery time is NEVER accurate. Every time I order they are late by 15-30 mins (with a delivery time estimate of 45-60 mins). Fod is cold when delivered and only ok.

REALLY REALLY REALLY Bad service. They took 2 hours to deliver a TINY order, and this happened TWICE. Disgustingly bad service. Avoid delivery!!

food is descent but the customer service is poor.it took almost 2 hrs for the delivery amd the delivery man demaded more tips.I had tipped 20% and he demanded 35% tip.He was so mean and trust me the worst experience in my life.Never will order from this place nor wil go there.

Pros: -Decent south Indian food. Cons: -Extremely slow delivery. They consistently take over an hour and a half to deliver food (granted I live in Hell's Kitchen. However, why do they still stick to their 45-60 minute order estimates??) -Horrible, horrible customer service. They offered me a credit on a subsequent order, which 'mysteriously' never materialized. Summary: -Quality of food does not off-set the ridiculous cons.

Extremely unprofessional, won't even tell the truth when I called that the order was misplaced, instead went around creating 100 different lies and excuses. Had to call seamlessweb and cancel the order (as the restaurant would not) after a good hour and a half. Never ordering from here again.
