Mangia

I wish i could rate the food i ate, but i didnt receive the food i ordered so i cant. I placed an order at 1130am. The food arrived at 1pm. My pizza by that time was cold and soggy, and the salad was completely wrong! I ordered a Spinach and Apple salad and received a steak salad? To top it off, the delivery driver was nothing but rude. He said he tried calling my cell phone and that he was knocking on the door and thats why it took so long. I did not have one missed call and there was a door bell- did he not think to try that? Mangia is ONLY good for take out. Never getting delivery again.

Horrible service - my office is only 2 blocks away and food arrived more than 30 minutes late. Food's ok, not worth the price. Definitely will not be re-ordering from Mangia.

Generally, the food from Mangia is very good, especially their sandwiches and salads. The chicken soup is consitently good, but the other soups are more hit-and-miss.

Food did not arrive for well over one hour, despite estimated 30-min delivery time. When called, the person at Mangia could not even reach the delivery person.

I miss working so close to Mangia, but now I get it delivered. The chicken quesadillas are my FAVORITE as is the fresh iced tea!

Great food if you go on person, but their delivery time has gone absolutely downhill. 2 whole hours for 7 sandwiches to be delivered a distance of 15 blocks? Not a great way to keep your business clients, that's for sure. I will be ordering elsewhere for future meetings.

unless you want to eat your lunch a week from now, DO NOT order from here. customer service and all service in general for that matter is awful and slow. many other options out there, i would definitely avoid this one.

This restaurant does not give 2 hoots about their customer service. Even if you purchase $100 of food three times a week - they forget items in the order, do not apologize, do not follow up if satisfied after mistakes - not mistake mistakes! The worst place to order from. Do not even bother. I would give a zero star rating if possible. order is always incorrect. delivery is always late. too bad cuz it is really good food.

I rarely write reviews but have to say -- eating in the restaurant, the food is at least fresh and thoughtfully (usually) prepared. Just ordered a very sad Waldorf Salad with grapes that truly looked and tasted as it they were frozen for weeks and just thawed out. This on top of wilted mesclun -- really unacceptable, high price or not. The cheese quesadilla I also ordered was not much better. Literally a lump of not very tasty cheese dumped right in the middle with not much else to it. There are just too many other places to order from...

I actually like this place, but I'm giving it three stars today because I ordered the quiche and have no clue what the yellow, gelatinous blob was that I received...typically a quiche is made with eggs. This resembled butter-flavored tofu and was completely inedible. Luckily, the tomato eggplant soup was good so I guess it wasn't a total loss. I think I'll stick with ordering pasta and salads going forward...
