Masterpiece Pizza

I ordered from Masterpiece Pizza for the first time and I have to say that I am not impressed. I ordered pasta with bolognese sauce and it was supposed to come with garlic knots but when I got the order, no garlic knots. I called and they simply said they ran out and didn't think to call or replace it with bread or any other thing. They also seem to have run out of bolognese sauce because what I got looks and tastes like chopped up meatballs covered in marinara sauce. I definitely won't be ordering from here again. UPDATE: I was contacted by the Manager who apologized profusely for my previous experience with Masterpiece and offered a substitute dinner, at no cost, at any time. A few days later, I called and spoke to Lisa-who was very attentive and helpful-and ordered the bolognese and chicken parmesan. My order arrived promptly and it was absolutely great! I especially loved the fresh garlic knots and I'm glad I gave them another chance!!

I enjoyed quality pizzas from this place on three seperate occasions in January. I reordered the exact same pizza tonight and it tasted horrible. What happened??

I ordered a pizza and coke . but they never gave me the coke. though the delieverer said he would deliever coke, he hasn't come at all, still not refunding anything for the coke.

It showed up and it was a pizza. But it was just not that special a pizza. Don't get me wrong; I ate it, and it was dinner, but there are hundreds of pizza places in New York City, and there's no reason to have pizza that's just decent and not outstanding.

Love the 10 inch pano pies - a great option for those dining solo or a deux rather than a family of four who want a real pizza but not a huge pie. Would have rated higher, but I've had several issues where they delivery has been late and items were wrong or missing, so this place is touch and go.

Took over an hour and a half to get my pizza which arrived cold. The order was also delivered incomplete and the mushrooms were canned not fresh. Never again!

This restaurant strives to give the customer what they want. The pizza and food are above average, good-sized platter servings come with garlic knots which are delicious. the customer service is polite and above average. Delivery is fast and in-restaurant service is also quick. Food arrives hot, not luke-warm. I highly recommend this restaurant. for fast-food restaurants it is superior. Try it!!

Very Disappointed, They did not have over 1/2 my order in stock. if you are ordering after 7pm they will not have most of the menu, except the Pizza. The remainder of of the menu is located at another store which closes at 7 pm. Pizza was fairly good.
