Pork dumplings and cold sesame noodles were good. Should make portions for cold season noodles smaller and the dipping sauce for the dumplings larger. Delivery was fast and food is relatively cheap.

I ordered the Noodles with Soy Sauce Chicken. I was severely disappointed with the meat; it looked gross/undercooked, and there were a lot of bone splinters everywhere... but I may be spoiled by the American world of super-processed chicken. Otherwise, their soup and noodles are AMAZING. I'll definitely order from here again, just to try something else.

Ordered the Seafood and Port noodle soup several days ago and it was tasteless. Which annoyed me even more because I had stepped out of the office for a few minutes when the delivery was made. My boss, unbeknownst to him, paid for my lunch and gave the guy a tip. As I was walking back to my office I saw a delivery man RUN out of the office at the SPEED OF SOUND. So besides eating a bland soup, my boss was robbed of $13.00 from the delivery dude. NEVER AGAIN!

While this restaurant may look like a great option (and might even have great food which I never tasted by the end of the escapade), I highly recommend choosing a more customer friendly option. After I was forced to walk to the noodle shop & grill in the rain because of the negligence of the vendor to update its online menu to reflect its most current options, I was harassed, threatened and forced to leave without my order (which the vendor refused to cancel, leaving me responsible to call seamless web to ensure my refund). Reasoning with the order entry clerk was futile, as she would continually interrupt our conversation in an irate fashion. I think she might suffer from a minor form of schizophrenia, but it was tough to tell as I do not understand or speak Cantonese. In short, this place has the worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever experienced and I would even describe it as downright hostile.

Overall the merchant's delivery left a very poor taste in my overall experience (and my day). I ordered my lunch for delivery to my office, which came in on time. Upon picking up the meal at the lobby of my office, which takes 5-10 minutes to get to from my desk, the delivery person was rude and attacking. He made me sign the receipt ASAP and literally shoved me my lunch bag, screaming, "No Time!" and scampered about. This is something that I definitely found unprofessional and something I hope others do not have to experience.

Great food, extremely cheap, best value in the neighborhood. Last delivery got 13 minutes from click to bell. (was 4 stars. Updated 22Feb2013: They sent me wrong order. I asked to come back. On the second shot, they gave me completely stale smelling shrimps. Quality of this place varies a lot)

This restaurant rates at the lowest end of the scale. They brought the wrong order, When we called to let them know, they hung up on us. After calling twice, we waited over one hour for the correct order to be delivered. The person who seems to be in charge at the restaurand was extremely rude and had no interest in addressing the situation. OVERALL, A VERY UNSATISFACTORY SEAMLESEXPERIENCE

Part of my order was missing. I did not even get a chance to taste it. Also, the hot & spicy baby shrimp lunch was actually very sweet. It would be nice to put a clear description.

food is okay but my chicken with cashews had really no chicken or cashews and was primarily water chestnuts. we gave them another chance and after waiting more than an hour for delivery, finally had to cancel. the people who answer the phone were rude and totally unapologetic.

It's good for the category. You know what you're getting. You had it 1000 times and you'll get it here at a cheap price and really fast. Been ordering from them for years. Honestly, Chinese food in the US hasn't changed in 50 years, so don't expect miracles. Everything will taste exactly as it should, as you remember it.

I order from here all the time and I'm glad they are finally on seamless. their general tso chicken is AMAZING. I live 2 blocks away so delivery time is never an issue and the delivery guys are not aholes like the others.
