Merilu Pizza Al Metro

Excellent Pizza Rustica made with fresh sauce, veg and flavorful sausage. The 4 piece pie is actually cut into 8 pieces and is more than enough for two people. The crust was crispy and clearly cooked in a hot over and really stood out. Delivery came in about 30 minutes. Recommended.

The only pizza on the West side/Hell's Kitchen. Have tried them all over 15 years and this is the only consistently good pizza. Both the square metro pizzas as well as the NY rounds are delish. Rustic and Hawaiian are faves. Worth every cent. 2 crappy pizzas at $10 is $20 wasted. Just give these dudes $20 and buy satisfaction.

I tried ordering their regular pie. It was just okay. I prefer their more rustic pizza (the long, rectangular pies you see in the shop). I would try ordering again with a different choice.

Best pizza around, such a great find. What separates these guys is that they nail all three types of pizza - Al Metro (my favorite), Sicilian and NY style. Having all three be top end is tough to pull off. Consistent and delicious. Try the Al Metro with fresh arugula in addition to your usual toppings. Pow!

Have had pizza from Meriul and it was good but this time it was not up to the same standard. One of the pizzas was delivered withgout all the toppings, making it pretty bland. All 3 of them were burnt on the bottom, some really black and tasted burnt.

Terrible pizza, significantly worse than a frozen pizza, and a rude delivery guy. Have been in New York City since 1998 in various neighborhoods. This was the worst pizza I have eaten in New York. I don't know how the Yelp review or other reviews are good. Please stay away.

This is the best pizza I've had in Hell's Kitchen. My girlfriend and I ordered the 15" Pizza Fresca Al Metro. It is actually 8 slices (it says 4 on the menu). The pizza wasn't hot when it arrived but they warn you about this on the Pizza Fresca b/c it has a generous amount of fresh tomato slices on it so I was okay with it. Overall it was great the crust, sauce and toppings were fresh. I was originally concerned about the value/potions since the 15" said 4 slices but it's definitely enough for two people to split. I'll definitely be ordering from here agin.
